Located only 15 minutes from the town of Gravenhurst is a private family compound with 3 separate cottages. Offering full privacy on almost 2 acres of land and outstanding views of the lake, this property has it all for your vacation getaway.

With deep water off the end of the dock, a small sandy beach area for the kids, canoes, kayaks, a trampoline and many patio and muskoka chairs, vacationing doesn't get any better.

Every cottage has an open concept kitchen, dining and living room. Each unit has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, satellite TV and living room with unique water views overlooking the lake. The cottages are only a few steps away from the beautiful and quiet waters of Pine Lake but separated from each other offering privacy when needed. All the cottage interiors have knotty pine walls and ceilings giving a real old style cottage feel.

This property is ideal for families who enjoy cottaging together but still want separate living spaces.

The Property


There is parking for 5+ cars. From the parking lot, there is a shallow ramp which leads to a large shared deck which overlooks Pine lake. A few steps down from the deck there is a large landing area which includes a trampoline as well as a fire pit for evening s'mores. The property is located near the point of land and has 200 feet of water access on both sides of the property. The front side of the property faces crown land. The backside of the property only a few minutes walk away overlooks a tranquil bay atop a steep rock cliff.

Location Description

Gravenhurst, a short drive away, features the new wharf area, home to Grace and Speed, the antique and classic boat museum at the Muskoka Boat and Heritage Centre. The famous steamship 'Segwun' (built in 1887) and its sister ship 'Wenonah II' cruise Lake Muskoka from Gravenhurst Wharf during the summer. Other points of interest within easy driving distance include Santa's Village in Bracebridge, Pioneer Village in Port Carling, and Bethune House in Gravenhurst. Hardy Lake Provincial Park with its miles of walking trails is only a 15 minute drive away.

Additional Information

The renters must complete and sign the Rental Application Form and include 1 copy of photo identification to confirm the reservation. Linens: There is no daily housekeeping service. Renters must bring their own linens and bath/beach towels. Garbage: No garbage whatsoever is to be left on the premises or you will be subject to a disposal fee, absolutely NO exceptions!! Garbage can be taken to 1052 Beiers Road, Gravenhurst. Septic System: The Property is on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper into the toilets. No feminine products may be flushed at any time. If it is found that products other than toilet paper have been flushed and clog the septic system, the Renters will be charged for the costs of repairing the damages. BBQ grill should be cleaned and propane tank turned OFF (turn clockwise) and covered after use. Fridge: All items should be removed from the fridge at the end of the Stay Period. All fires MUST be extinguished prior to leaving. Only WOOD shall be put into the firepit. A limited supply of firewood will be made available. Guests may bring their own clean firewood. Firepit should be covered when finished. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside any building on the Property, and is only permitted outdoors The Renters shall not perform any acts or carry on any activity which may damage the Property. The Renters shall not mark, drill into, bore or cut or in any way damage or deface the walls, ceilings or floors of the Property.
