--- LOCATION ---
Located just 10 minutes from downtown and Old Montreal, near the Lachine Canal and the trendy Atwater Market. You will enjoy easy access with the metro, bus or bike to the famous FESTIVALS and appreciate coming back to a quiet and cosy HOME.
--- THE HOUSE ---
With it's large parking space and it's HUGE backyard surrounded by mature trees, this is a real OASIS so close to all the action Montreal has to offer!
Our home is on the ground floor of a century old triplex built in 1870, tastefully renovated while maintaining its unique character: brick walls, original hardwood floors , etc.
We tried to mix OLD and NEW and we love natural materials (hardwood, brick, slate). Here you will find : a big and modern kitchen, trendy design, high ceilings and plenty of natural light.
HD cable TV, DVD and hi-speed wireless internet are all included.
This house is IDEAL for 4 guests but can accommodate up to 6 guests:
one spacious closed bedroom with a new KING-size bed and a "walk-in" for clothes storage
one sofa bed in the living-room for 2 guests
TWO comfortable Single mattress (to be put on the ground in the living room) for four extra person.
The house is ideal for a family (we lend you toys etc) or for 1 or 2 couples.
NOTE: Snow removal is not included. A snow shovel and salt will be provided inside the house however. It is therefore possible that the access be difficult at times.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We also own another home located right next door (See Chic 4 Bedroom Cottage). If you are a big group you can take both apartments!
