About the Home

Northern Lights # 16 is a spacious four bedroom plus den townhome with a newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms located just above the Westin Resort & Spa, and only a short distance to the heart of Whistler Village. It is ideal for extended family vacations or groups of friends.

Living Areas

The entrance to the home is located on the upper level and features a mudroom for all your equipment storage needs, access to the garage and the master bedroom. Down one level is the spacious open concept main living area which features a vaulted ceiling and two-story wall of windows that offer an abundance of natural light and impressive views of Whistler Village. The living area features a wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV. The newly re-modelled kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances. The dining area seats eight comfortably or you can enjoy a BBQ meal on the deck. Downstairs, the den features a flat screen television and sliding door access to the large deck with a private hot tub.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The top level master suite features a king bed, new 40" flat screen television (not pictured) and a sitting area with views of Whistler Village. The ensuite features a glass-enclosed shower, separate jetted tub and single vanity. On the main living level the second guest bedroom features a king split bed, fireplace and views over Whistler. Downstairs, on the lower level are the final two guest bedrooms. The third bedroom features a queen bed and built in closets for plenty of storage. The fourth guest bedroom features two sets of twin bunk beds and built in closets. The Jack and Jill bathroom on this level features two vanities and toilets, sharing the bathtub with stand up shower. For added comfort there is a guest bathroom with a stand up shower on the main living level.

Ski Access

For access to the mountains, many guests choose to drive or taxi two minutes to the base of Whistler Village to access the gondola and lifts adjacent to the Westin Resort & Spa. Alternatively, more adventurous guests can ski-in via a ski trail off the Lower Olympic ski run that ends with a climb down 100 plus stairs to the middle of the Northern Lights neighbourhood. Guests can use this same access to ski-out by climbing up the 100 plus stairs and then hiking up the ski trail to the Lower Olympic run.
