Falcon's Nest Estate is a spacious 4 level, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home located in the prestigious Blueberry Hill neighbourhood and features its own elevator. Situated on a corner lot at the end of a quiet private lane and surrounded by trees, this comfortable detached home is constructed in the classic log and beam style with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living room. To access the slopes with ease, this home also conveniently features a parking spot at the Pan Pacific Mountainside in Whistler Village.

Living Areas

On the main living level the generous and comfortable living room features a gas fireplace and mountain views as well as a cozy sitting area by the large windows that allow for plenty of natural light. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. This is complemented by the dining area that seats ten comfortably. To accommodate large families or big groups, there is also a cozy media room with a large flat screen TV and fireplace on this level. Or head out to the large deck off the living room where you can enjoy a BBQ, scenic views or relax in the private hot tub after a day on the slopes. For those who need to stay connected there is also spacious office area on this level as well.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Located on the main level is the first guest bedroom that features two sets of twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids or extra guests. There is a separate bathroom with glass-enclosed shower on this level as well as a powder room just off the entrance. On the second level, the spacious Master bedroom features a king bed, sitting area, gas fireplace and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and deep soaking tub. There is also an extra lounge area just off the Master Bedroom. Located on the third floor are the final two guest bedrooms which both feature queen beds. There is a separate bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower on this level.
