We are asking for a minimum of 1 month stay rental. Please ask for more information. I will be glad to help should you have any questions or concerns during your stay. Parking - One indoor parking spot is available if you want it, with fees on top. At our scheduled appointment to hand off the keys I will give instructions on the space and provide the anytime in/out entry fob. Guests - A maximum of 6 guests is allowed per unit on the building premises. Noise complaints - Zero tolerance policy for any noise complaints and will result in eviction from the property. Illegal Substances - The use or involvement of illegal substances is highly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement participation. Smoking -Smoking is prohibited in designated smoking areas only. A $500 smoke-damage cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in the room. There will also be an automatic loss of security deposit.
