Property Description

The Space:

A very functional space for a family with small children or a couple. The apartment is fitted with everything you will need for a short to medium term stay.

The apartment is comfortable for 4 persons. There is a queen size bed that fits 2, an air bed that fits 2 and an additional pull out couch for 1.

Guest Access:

For those staying for 5 days or more will have access to the amenities in the common areas, such as, the fully equipped gym, squash rooms, self service spas, pool and parking.

Interaction with Guests:

I am always there to help you'll in any way possible. Please do not hesitate to call. Any issues with the apartment and/or need advice on getting around the city, I am always a phone call away.

The Neighbourhood:

This is an upcoming, young and vibrant community. There are several bars, up scale restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the building. The building community has a conveniently located Starbucks, TD Canada Trust Bank, BMO Bank, Shopper's Drug Mart and Metro Supermarket within the lobby of the building.

The very popular Humber Bay Park is just across the road, and the path gives you access to Lola's Gelato, Firkin on the Bay, Rocco Restaurant and Jazz Club, Eden Trattoria Italian Cuisine, and the beautiful view of Sheldon Lookout and Humber Bay Bridge.

Getting Around:

Access to Queen Street is incredibly easy from this location. You can take the 501 street car and if you are coming back late at night from the bar/club, you can take the 301 running all night. The street car stops at the foot of the building.

You can get to Old Mill Station within 10 minutes with bus number 66.

Other Things to Note:

Please keep me informed of your arrival and departure as I work during the day. You may check-in at almost any time of the day or night but please arrange this with me at least a day ahead of your planned arrival.

Bedroom Description

The bedroom has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The mattress is brand new and the bed covers are washed frequently. There is a full-size mirror for those who require it, an iron and ironing board, and extra space to walk around.

You get an extraordinary view of the lake from your bedside as well as a lot of privacy with blackout curtains installed.

Location Description

A picture perfect view of Lake Ontario and the Toronto skyline. The apartment has a very cozy layout with all the needs for a short-to-long term stay in the city. A popular neighbourhood for boating, picnicking and walking by Humber Bay Park.

Additional Information

Some things to keep in mind: 1) Please do not approach the concierge/front desk of the building/condominium with requests as they are not available to respond to inquiries from short-term guests unfortunately. Alternatively, please send me your questions and requests. I am available 24/7 and with any issues you have. 2) The entry device on your key gives you access to the P3 parking level, level 41 where the apartment is located, and the amenities located on the 2nd floor of the Metro/Shoppers Drug Mart building. Please use the device to gain access to these locations by taping the device on the scanner until the red light turns green and then press the button indicating the level you are trying to access. 3) Please be careful in the balcony and do not throw cigarette butts outside. An ash tray is provided in the top most drawer on the left side of the oven. 4) I am required to register every guest as a tenant with the condominium so please provide me with the guests' names, a contact number and the following details of the car being parked: Vehicle Make, Licence Plate (even if it is a rental), Year, Colour. 5) Please be careful when getting in and out of the underground parking spaces as the roadways are small down there. 6) When getting into the tenant parking spaces (parking levels 2 and 3), you will need to use the garage remote on you entry device. Press and hold 2. Even if you see the door open, you must use the entry device to open it again as the door will close on you if you don't and damage the car.
