The kitchen has new white cabinetry and appliances. A microwave, coffee maker and water cooler are provided for your convenience. The kitchen has a full view of the lake.
The main living area combines the dining area and the living room. The dining area is cheerfully furnished with a brightly colored dining set with seating for 8 plus and additional table and chairs for sitting 10 people. You can enjoy an unobstructed view of the lake while dining with your friends and family. The living room is furnished with a couch, loveseat, 2 chairs and a large flat screen TV with DVD player.
Lazy Dayz is a 1150 square foot cottage with 4 bedrooms that provide enough sleeping accommodation for 6 adults and 4 children. Bedroom one is furnished with a queen sized bed and a view of the lake. There is a single bed and a set of bunk beds with a single on top and double on the bottom in bedroom 2. Bedroom 3 is spacious with a double bed. Bedroom 4 also has a double bed. The 3 piece bath with shower has soft muted colors and relaxing beach style decor.
There are laundry facilities available. The outdoor living space on the lakeside of the cottage has a shaded eating area, large open deck area with lots of chairs to enjoy the private unobstructed view of the lake. Eagle Harbour is a well protected harbour and is a great place for swimming or kayaking with the 2 kayaks provided. Entry to the lake is gradual with flat rock.The roadside of the cottage has a deck and large grassy area where kids can run and play. Lots of recreational activities are available including a sandbox, foosball and games table, bicycles and kayaks. The most exciting part of the activities provided is the electric sauna located in the garage.
Tobermory and Bruce Peninsula National Park have become destination locations for families that enjoy outdoor activities. Don't forget to visit the world class visitor center with its interactive and education displays, movie and viewing tower. You can enjoy a day trip to Flowerpot Island and view shipwrecks through the glass bottom of the boat. Hiking trails are abundant including the Bruce Trail. There is so much to do, you will have to return next year to finish off where you left off.
