NOTE: The posted photos are the 1st floor apartment BUT we have 3 apartments in this same building (all 3 apartments have 4 bedrooms). All 3 apartments are located in the same building on St-Denis st.

Now newly renovated, this apartment has 4 full en-suites. 3 bathrooms have showers with spa jets & the 4th one has a bath/shower combination. It is perfect for business travelers, larges families and groups.

The dining room table can sit 8 to 10 people. The kitchen island can sit another 2 to 3 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped so a full Thanksgiving dinner can be cooked with ease.

We provide linens, towels, iron, ironing board, washer and dryer (with detergent), hair dryers, AC, wi-fi, hand soap, luggage racks and everything you need to clean in case of a longer stay.

Our best feature, the patio! We built it right out of the kitchen so everyone can sit and relax after a long day of exploration or to have a nice meal.

Once you make your reservation, we will send you a long list of recommendations and useful information (including parking and wi-fi info). You won't need to research anything before you come unless you want to.

Best of all, we are always available to answer your questions. E-mail, phone or text. Although it is not always possible, we like to come by and meet our guests so we hope to get to meet you!

We have all the permits necessary to rent short term in Montreal and by law, we must charge all applicable taxes. Receipt can be provided upon request.

Bedroom Description

Each bedroom has a queen size bed. One single daybed is installed in the middle bedroom. With the 2 sofa-beds located in the living room, the maximum capacity of this apartment is 13 people. Each bedroom has its own bathroom en-suite for a total of 4 bathrooms.

Location Description

Le Plateau Mont-Royal is the most popular place to stay in Montreal (as well as the downtonw and Old Town burrows which are adjacent). This is the place where you will find the most shops and cafés. There are tons of interesting "mom and pop" stores as well as your classics like Subway and Starbucks. Liquor stores and grocery stores are also right around the corner.

From the apartment, you will be able to reach Le Metro Mont-Royal within less than 5 min walk. This is one of the major subway hub in the city. Taking the subway (or as the locals call it "metro") is the easiest and cheapest way to get around Montreal to avoid traffic and parking tickets! Right in front of it is a small market, always a nice thing to check out.

Taxis are easily found in Montreal. In the apartment, you will find all the info you need to order a taxi. There is a phone you can use to do so.

Parking is tricky everywhere in the city. The signs are very confusing, even for the locals and people who have lived here for years. These signs are also in French so the best thing to do is to reserve one our our parking spots (based on availability) or to park in one of the long term areas ($10 to $15 per day) and to leave the car there for your entire stay. Since you can take the subway, taxi or walk everywhere, there is no need for your car.

Additional Information

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am especially outside on the patio Music will be tolerated between 9am and 10pm as long as the neighbors do not complain. This a non-smoking property. No pets allowed. Total number of occupants will never exceed the quoted number of guests. No additional visitors allowed. All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes must be washed before departure. No long distance phone calls or movie rentals allowed without prior approval of the owners. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11 am unless payment ($40 + taxes) has been received for an extended stay. Please leave the linens on the beds upon departure. We make an inventory every time. If you have the chance to start a load of the WHITE towels before departure, we will be extremely grateful. The detergent is provided. The damage deposit of $1000 must be paid at least 30 days before check-in or as soon as the booking is confirmed. A Paypal invoice will be sent to you to do so. A rental agreement must be signed by the guests and returned to the owner before check-in. $500 is automatically kept from the damage deposit in case any of those rules are broken or in case of noise complaint. No reservations will be accepted instantly less than 5 days before check-in. Please inquiry 1st. Thank you for your understanding.

Additional Rates & Fees Description

Early check-in & late check-out are available upon request & based on availability at a rate of $40 + tax ($46) each.

Minimum stay is 2 nights except for the months of November, December, January & Febuary (except special events or holidays)

Minimum stay for special events is 3 nights

(Christmas, New-Years, Family Day, President Day, Easter, Victoria Day, Memorial Day, Formula 1, Quebec National Holiday, Canada Day / 4th of July, Jazz Fest, Osheaga, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, etc)

From May 1st till October 31st, only nightly rates apply. $350 on week days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) & $700 on weekend nights (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) unless a special event is taking place. There are no discount for extended stays. On week days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), if booked less than 10 days before check-in, a 10% discount will apply.

1-night minimum stay ONLY applies to the months of November, December, January and Febuary (minus any special event or holiday). Weekends are 2 nights (either a Friday and Saturday or a Saturday and Sunday)

It is important to note that travel insurance should be purchased by all travelers. Our building and home insurance does NOT cover the guest's personal belongnings and we can not be held responsible for them. Please look into it before you book any trip around the world.

We have all the permits necessary to rent short term in our city. We are certified by the Quebec Tourism Board and are a registered business in the province of Quebec.

By law, we must charge the Quebec Provincial Tax, the Montreal Lodging Tax and the Canada Federal Tax. Receipts with tax numbers can be provided upon request.

A patio has been added in June of 2016 to the side of the building. People have really enjoyed spending their days there relaxing in the sun or shade.
