MID MOUNTAIN location, furnished for WARMTH and COMFORT. Watch the sun rise over the Canadian Rockies while you prepare for the summer or winter activities of golfing,fly fishing, hiking-biking, riding-gliding or relaxing.

After an invigorating day, unwind by the fire place,sip a glass of wine,admire the view, enjoy the Stereo,TV or play one of the many games while the aroma of home cooking comes from the fully equipped kitchen. Later enjoy the sauna, summer pool or common room before climbing in to the comfortable pillow-top beds for a great sleep.

Guests will especially enjoy the large open kitchen-dining-livingroom which is essential to entertaining. This view side condo is close to the activities and fun , but far enough away to preserve the peace and quiet of the surrounding mountains. Condo has cozy alpine decor with rustic solid maple furniture, numerous Canadiana paintings, collectables, and trophies of the area. Wood burning stove with flatstone fireplace. Fire logs are available at the front desk for a nominal charge. Deluxe bed linen is 310 to 400 thread count, Bathroom towels are deep pile by Ralph Lauren. Guests should bring Beach Towels. There is a propane BBQ with tools on a private deck with a view of the ROCKIES. Cards and board games are abundant. COMMON ROOM has gas fire place, TV, Rocky Mountain view and is adjacent to the picnic area and outdoor gas BBQs Great place to entertain larger groups or for children to meet other guests

A safe wilderness experience for our guests is the 5 minute walk to Kimberley Nature Park (1800 acres or 800 hectors. Several dozen kilometers of multi-use trails criss-cross the forest linking small ponds and panoramic view points. A beautiful place to walk, hike, bike, ski or snowshoe. Maps for $2 downtown. PREMIER andamp; WASA LAKE, at the base of the Rockies, are a 25 andamp; 30 minute drive. The SAINT MARYand#39;S RIVER is a 15 minute drive for fly fishing. WASA BEACH is located at Wasa Lake and is a 25 minute drive north of Kimberley on Highway 93 towards Fort Steel. The water is warm. The Provincial Park has 2 public beaches, access areas for beaching up, picnic area, boating and has a 5 mile paved path around the lake for walkers, joggers, biker andamp; rollerbladers. Boat andamp; canoe rentals are available, two eateries and a general store. Free beach parking. Premier Lake Prov. Park is 36 minute drive north of Kimberley

Ski/Board Out is a 1 minute walk from the property

True Ski In/Out. The Condo is directly beside the and#39;MAIN ski run andamp; QUAD CHAIRand#39; so it is truly a ski in/out. It is so easy to ski in for a Condo Lunch or a picnic lunch. Kootenay Haus has a large deck at the top of the mountain and is a great place to take your own lunch. One skis down to buy a lift ticket. In minutes, you can Cross Country Ski to the Kimberley Nordic Cross Country Trails that are groomed, double tracked and lit for night skiing. For Snow Shoeing or Skating, Trickle Creek Winter Park is located at the Golf Course Lodge (3 minute drive).
