The Perfect Place to Relax and Enjoy all the South Okanagan Has to Offer

We have stayed in this top floor end unit located in the heart of Okanagan wine country, twice, and will be returning for a month, commencing March 07, 2014. The unit is close to all amenities, spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable and fully equipped with everything needed to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. It is a five minute walk to the beach and the local grocer is located across the street. For the book lover(s), the local library is located two floors below the unit. It is a scenic 15 minute drive to Penticton and approximately a 30 minute drive to the best Home hardware store in Canada, located in Osoyoos. Whether its beaching, golfing, exploring wineries or just relaxing with a good book, this is the place to stay.

We like to cover every detail for your holiday. It is important that our unit meet your expectations.

Enjoy the luxury with all the modern conveniences. On those hot summer days, cool off with the built-in air conditioning.

Okanagan Falls is in the sunny southern Okanagan located between Oliver and Penticton on Highway 97. Skaha Lake is a sandy beach offers numerous activities for all ages and is very popular in the summer with swimmers, sunbathers, windsurfers, boaters, golfers, water-skiers and triathletes.

Our condo building is just footsteps away from the Okanagan River, Skaha Lake, Lions Park, Kenyon Park and the Christie Memorial Park with a 150 meters of sandy beach.

Walk or bike along the restored Okanagan Falls Trestle Bridge Trans Canada Trail.

The area is in full bloom from its orchards in April and May. Fruit harvest runs from July through September.

In the winter ski at the Apex Mountain Resort or Mount Baldy just 40 minutes away.

Take tours to: Maple Leaf Spirits Inc, See Ya Later Ranch Winery, Blasted Church Vineyards, Blue Mountain Vineyards and Cellars, Stag's Hollow Winery, just to name a few.

Bedroom Description

2 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed. The Bedroom has a Double Lower Bunk and a Single Upper Bunk.

Location Description

Waterfront and/or Beach

lake is less than a 1 minute walk from the property. There is a public moorage with float anchor.

Skaha Lake beach is a short walk from the condo with the opportunity for excellent boating, sailing, sail boarding, water skiing and swimming. A boat launch is about 3 blocks away from the condo. Boat moorage is available on the grassy river bank that is only foot steps from our condo. Boats can be beached on the grassy bank on the Okanagan River which runs along the west-side of the condo. Feel free to use the folding lounge and lawn chair on the beach.

Additional Rates & Fees Description

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

The $250 damage deposit is added up in the 50% down payment.

Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.

NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure

One-time fee of 80.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Guest is expected to remove the garbage on departure.

Guest is asked to start the dishwasher and first load of laundry.

If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
