Property is waterfront (i.e. no properties between the property and water OR property is in a community with private waterfront access).

Lake Okanagan and Wilson Creek is less than a 1 minute walk from the property crossing a road. There is no beach. There is no dock, moorage or float anchor.

This property is also across the street from Lake Okanagan and a boat launch/marina/beach.

Check In/Out Times Policies - Property Access Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Please notify Owner if you expect to arrive after 5PM. You must vacate the accommodation, including parking and storage areas, before 10 AM on your check-out day unless prior written arrangements have been made. This ensures that we have adequate time to prepare the accommodation for our next guest. A fee equal to 100% of one night’s stay will be charged if the accommodation is not vacated by the above specified time. If you desire a later check-out, please contact us after arrival. We may be able to accommodate you if the guest suite is available. Late check-out up to 3 PM (if available) may be guaranteed in advance for a fee equal to 50% of the daily rent. Check-in is not possible after 11 pm. Quiet Time Policy The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM This property is not suitable for party groups. Please observe all noise bylaws and rules of the local jurisdiction and the Strata Corporation (resort). There is zero tolerance for noise occuring in both inside and outside areas during the quiet time. Guests and visitors shall refrain from using loud and abusive language and noise levels at all hours of the day. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Visitors of guests must leave the resort property before 11:00PM. Outdoor activities are not permitted after 11:00 PM. If unreasonaly noisy, Guests may be fined. If a warning is not adhered to, the Guest will be evicted without a refund. Smoking Policy Smoking is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests). This is a non-smoking resort. Please do not smoke in the condo, on the balconies, or in common areas. Guests are asked not to leave cigarette buts on the grounds. The No Smoking policy is very strict. It applies to all occupants and Guests. Smoking violations will result in fines and may result in eviction with no refund. Children Policies Children of all ages are welcome. Property may not be fully suitable for your children. Please inspect the facility upon arrival and contact Owner if you have any questions or concerns. Children's furniture may be requested at no charge, based on availability. Cribs and playpens are available from a third party (we can provide contact information). Babysitting is available from a third party upon request. Babysitting must be booked well in advance. There is normally a maximum of 2 chiidren per babysitter. There is no lifeguard on duty. Observe all resort policies and instructions. All children must be supervised at all times. Group & Min. Age Policies Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples. This accommodation caters to families and mature adult groups only. With the exception of family members under the direct supervision of the Guest, the Renting Party must be 25 years of age or older OR must be a couple. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests. Additional Details: Ideal for reunions, weddings, anniversaries, corporate retreats, etc. However, hosting a function/party is not allowed (please enquire of Owner at time of booking if you have any questions). Extra or unauthorized occupanats could result in immediate eviction without refund.

Additional Rates & Fees Description

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.

When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken on arrival date. If you prefer, a refundable security/damage deposit may also be paid by cheque 30 days prior to arrival. Please see your rental agreement for more information. The damage deposit is refundable within 14 days after check-out. Credit card security for the damage deposit on long-term stays is not available. If you have any questions, please discuss details with Owner at time of booking.

Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.

A minimum "Fine" of 200.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property.

NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure

Fee of 120.00 CAD for stays that are 3 to 5 nights in duration.Fee of 170.00 CAD for stays that are 1 to 2 nights in duration.

Guest is expected to remove the garbage and recycling on departure.

Guest is asked to start the diswasher.

Guest is asked to start the first load of laundry.

Guest is asked to leave soiled linens and towels in the bathtub or shower.

The guest is expected to clean the BBQ. Extra charges could apply.

If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service.

One-time fee of 35.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. (Charged per cleaning.)

A guest must request this optional service.

Daily maid service can be requested for $35.00 per hour, paid locally. Daily maid service can be arranged after arrival.

Linen

Please enquire of Owner for details and storage/moorage options. A refundable deposit for keys, remotes, and parking passes is required for long-term stays and non-standard parking arrangements.
