Amazing and very spacious fully furnished condo with open floor plan, 2 bedrooms (or bedroom + office), bathroom, master bedroom (King size bed) washroom, kitchen (all major appliances), large and bright dining & living room, laundry (washer & dryer), storage space, lots of wardrobe space with beautiful hardwood laminate flooring through the condo (including Italian stone tiles in bathroom and laundry) and artistic custom designed "Made in Spain" stone tiles in the kitchen. Living room is south facing with lots of sunlight during the whole day!

There is a large south facing terrace/ balcony that overlooks 17the Ave and beautiful Mount Royal. Your will have a BBQ and a seating set (glass top table with 4 comfortable chairs) at the balcony. As well, one underground parking space is also included.

Centralized location with easy access to transit, restaurants, pubs, shops, amazing 17ave amenities and core downtown. It is close to everything in downtown and has easy access to main roads in Calgary. This is very nice, clean, safe and quiet area.

For those of you with children, there is a beautiful park with playground with couple of more parks in the neighborhood. Building / condo bylaws are not permitting animals.

You will have access to the whole condominium! There`s a Smart TV, high speed WiFi, BBQ on the balcony, etc. We are always available if you need anything!

We will welcome you in person and be available for you to offer help during your stay! Let us know anything you need and we`ll do our best to make your stay comfortable :)

Location Description

Amazing location, you can walk anywhere in downtown & uptown from our condo! There are several bus stops, C-train station about 10min walk from the condo, access to Go2Car, etc.

You can grab Starbucks or try the local coffee at the Good Earth cafe and enjoy your day!
