Located a beautiful 90 minute drive from Vancouver and short 10 minute drive to Whistler, our chalet it is ideally situated to enjoy the quiet pristine mountain life all year round, while skipping most of the Whistler traffic. In the summer enjoy a swim in the many lakes including our private lake with dock which is only steps away. There is also a network of trails for hiking, biking and exploring right out your door and many more only a short drive away. In the winter you can be parked at Creekside Whistler and be on the mountain chair ready for skiing in as little as 15 minutes. Groomed cross country skiing, skate skiing and snow shoe trails are located up nearby Callahan Valley, or use the rustic trails and ice rink just steps from the home.

The home offers numerous sleeping options while snuggling up to the wood burning fireplace to keep family and friends warm and cozy. The home is modest, more like an 'old school' Whistler chalet, ideal for small families and quiet outdoor-loving couples. The chalet is in a private lot with rear sun deck, carport and storage shed. It is just steps to the beach/lake and tennis court, and the sea to sky mountain trail. Other great recreation is abound, including zip-treck, rock climbing and river rafting. Pinecrest is a quiet residential gated community, ideal for people who want something more peaceful and relaxing, away from the bustle.

Come enjoy BC skiing, golf, hiking, biking, fishing, ice skating or swimming on the lake and make great family memories.

We ask that guests looking for a place to party avoid this location, the community is very quiet and will not tolerate parties of any sort, thank you for your understanding.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT - The reservations deposit is refundable as long as: a. No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. Suite is reasonably clean and all debris, rubbish, and discards are placed in dumpster. c. The guest is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by the complex. d. During the stay, the Guest must repair damage caused by the actions or neglect of the Guest (and their guests). This includes plugged toilets, sinks and garborators. A $200 fine will be given for man made material flushed in toilet aside from toilet paper (no baby wipes, sanitary napkins etc) NOISE LEVELS – Excessive noise causing disturbances to neighbouring homes is not permitted, especially between 10pm to 8am. In the case of a noise complaint, Guests may be subject to a $200 fine and face immediate eviction. No parties are permitted, this is strictly enforced by the owner and community. THE HOME AND BEACH IS A NON-SMOKING ENVIRONMENT- You will be charged a $1,000 fine to cover decontamination if smoking is detected inside the HOME. If smoking, please do so only on the deck and use a container to dispose of buts (do not throw in bushes!). Fire hazard from smoking is a serious concern in this community due to lack of water and fire dangers, and will be taken very seriously. PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE HOME UPON APPROVAL - Please ensure all discrete is cleaned up after your pet, even if it is deep in the bushes or snow. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE BEACH AREA OR IN THE LAKE. OUTAGES – We are not responsible for any outages with Cable TV / High Speed Internet / Phone and any building or amenities and facilities. No refunds will be made for any outages or amenities. ENTRY KEYS/FOBS – In the case that the key is lost a representative is required to unlock the home door, Guests will be subject to a $50 trip charge.
