This beautifully renovated, fully furnished apartment is located in the quiet suburban neighborhood of Citadel in NW Calgary. Citadel is conveniently bordered by three major routes: Stoney Trail , Sarcee Trail and Country Hills Blvd.

Citadel is closely surrounded by three major shopping centres: Crowfoot, to the south, Royal Oak, to the west and Nolan Hill to the East. In these centres you will find all major grocery markets, including Costco and Walmart, drug stores, pharmacies, natural food stores, popular clothing stores and even boutiques. Basically anything you might need is no more than a 10 minute drive away from this apartment. You will even find a YMCA less than 5 minutes away.

This quiet location in the highly sought after neighborhood of Citadel is sure to be a great place for anyone looking for a stay in Calgary. We are the gateway to the mountains and a hub for many amazing events like the Calgary Stampede.

Drive time to downtown Calgary is approximately 20 minutes. You can also easily rely on public transit and make it downtown in 1 hour. The stop for route 199 is located right outside of the apartment. This route will take you directly to the new Crowfoot C-train station which services straight into downtown Calgary.

Additional Information

The Guest shall act in a proper and reasonable manner while occupying the Property and will ensure that the Property and all contents used by the Guest and any invitees of the Guest are used in a manner to avoid any damage and will make all reasonable efforts to preserve and protect the Property and its contents, reasonable wear and tear excepted. The Guest will not create a nuisance to occupants of any neighboring apartment. Use of the Property by Fraternities, Sororities, stags/stagettes, or unrelated groups whose members are predominantly under the age of 25 years is strictly prohibited. The Guest will vacate the Property at 11:00 am on the Departure Date. The Guest will leave the Property in a clean, tidy and orderly condition, following the checkout list provided. Any and all accidental damage must be reported. Damages and missing items from the inventory list will be deducted from the damage deposit. Cleaning for excessive mess will be charged out at $40/hr. Keys must be left in the lock box upon departure. If this is not done, the guest is subject to a $500 fee. The Guest is responsible to ensure that the Property is occupied by no more than the specified maximum number of occupants as indicated in the Property description. The Guest may not sublet or assign any portion of this Agreement to any other party. The Guest agrees that smoking is strictly prohibited on the Property. Smoking is only allowed outside the building in accordance with local laws. Pets are not allowed on the Property unless the Owner consents in writing. Contravention of this policy will be considered a breach of this Agreement entitling the Owner to terminate same forthwith, with no refund of fees paid. The damage deposit may be retained by the Owner and applied against any and all damage and loss to the Property, excess cleaning costs, excessive utility usage, and any other amount owing by the Guest to the Owner under this Guest Agreement.
