AGE RESTRICTION All guests must be 25 years or older to stay at the Carleton Lodge or be accompanied in the same room by a parent or legal guardian. Under aged guests travelling with a partner or friends who are over the age of 25 do not meet the age requirement policy and will therefore be refused check-in. All guests are required to present photo ID upon check-in. SMOKING POLICY The Carleton Lodge is a non-smoking facility; all guest rooms are non-smoking A fine will be charged to guests who choose to disobey this non-smoking policy PET POLICY The Carleton Lodge is not pet friendly; we do not allow pets in the hotel EXTRA PERSON CHARGE $20 plus taxes per person per night Maximum of 4 adults in a 1 Bedroom suite, 6 adults in a 2 Bedroom suite and 8 adults in a 3 Bedroom suite Children 18 years old and under stay free in a room accompanied by an adult PARKING An overnight parking fee of $24 plus 5% GST per vehicle, per night, will be charged to the guest room. Effective December 16th, 2016 a $29 plus 5% GST parking fee per vehicle, per night will apply. This fee includes underground parking, entry and exit privileges in a monitored parking location for your ease of mind. Guests can park their cars until 1 pm the day of check-out, and then further rates will apply. Parking space is subject to availability. The parking garage can accommodate vehicles up to 6’8″ high. The hotel does not offer oversize vehicle parking and is not responsible for finding alternative parking. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES Check In 4:00 pm. Check Out 11:00 am.
