  • Master bedroom suite with 1/2 bath and walk in closet. Queen size bed, two night stands, dresser and two chairs . Big window with lake view. Adjacent to the large living room (where the extra beds are located).

  • Small Bedroom with Queen size bed, nightstand, chair and a closet. Adjacent to the kitchen and the family room with wood stove.

  • Small Bedroom with Full size bed, nightstand, dresser and a chair. Big windows overlooking the deck and lake. Adjacent to the kitchen and the family room with wood stove.

  • Large living room adjacent to the Master bedroom: Twin size bed and a twin size bed sofa.

This is our vacation home and we take pride in keeping it nice and clean. Please leave the house in the same condition you found it in. - No big parties or events are allowed - ALL outdoor fires are prohibited including existing fire pits - Respect the neighbors in this quiet neighborhood. Municipality rules, Règlement numéro 2014-13 concernant les nuisances, states that all noise likely to disturb the peace, tranquility, comfort, rest, or well-being of citizens or likely to impair the peaceful use of property in the vicinity are subject to fines of $200-2000. - No pets - No smoking - All kind of target shooting is prohibited on the property - Please don't wear any outdoor shoes in the house If renting in the winter, please note that the walkway to the house might not be shoveled by your arrival. A snow shovel will be left for your convenient by the light post next to the two parking lots that are plowed. You might need to turn both the water and the heat on at your arrival. Before you check out: - Make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked - Hang all wet towels on the racks in the bathrooms or on the laundry drying racks - Turn down all the heat thermostats to 8C before you leave. There are 10 thermostats upstairs and 1 in the basement - The trash box is located down by the main road and is marked 612. All the recyclables must be left in a clear or blue plastic bag and the end of the bag must be sticking out from the garbage box so they will be seen and picked up. Garbage in thick black bags. - In the winter, please turn off the water supply to the house. The turn off handle for the water is located in the crawl space in our basement. The door to the crawl space is next to the laundry room. A light switch is located in the ceiling to your right as soon as you open the door.
