Beautifully decorated and furnished, it offers a relaxing space with everything you need for an unforgettable family vacation. The cottage is perfectly situated on a calm bay; ideal for boating, swimming, paddle boarding and fishing. The lake and a gorgeous sandy beach is just steps from the front door! Our property offers the total lake life experience.

Additional Information

• Keep the cottage and property reasonably clean and tidy • Be respectful of the neighbors and keep a considerate noise level, quiet hours are after 11:00 and the neighbors should not be able to hear you from inside their cottage. • Wipe inside of ensuite shower glass after each use and soak up any water that gets on the floor. • Bring cushions for dining set inside for night or rain. • Limit use of water as it all goes to a holding tank. • No smoking in the cottage or sun room, if you are smoking outside please clean up all cigarette butts • The stove element dials turn on very easily just by bumping them. You can take the dials off and just put them on when you need to. • Use hot pads for putting hot items on the counter tops or tables • Cover BBQ for night or rain. • Garbage must be kept in the closed garbage outside, if that gets too full it needs to be brought to the garbage bin down the road or at West Hawk. Garbage will attract wildlife. • Clean BBQ, tables and any spills as soon as possible, any food remnants will attract wildlife • Pets must be kenneled in the screen room for night and cannot come in the cottage. • Sun room windows can slide up and down but must be closed for night. • Range hood fan does not work. Do not turn it on. Check in: • Check breakers with green labels are turned on. Electrical panel is in the storage/laundry. Check out: • Have the cottage reasonably clean and furniture (indoor and outdoor) in its place. • Clean and put away dishes • Wipe counter tops and stove • Put all towels and bed sheets that were used into the laundry bin • Make sure propane on the BBQ is turned off • Take all garbage and recyclables with you, garbage goes to the garbage cage down the road or at West Hawk, recyclables can be dropped off at the West Hawk, right at the corner of the turn off to Hwy 1 • Close all windows, curtains and blinds. • Turn off all lights • Lock all doors
