Property Description

The space

Warm, inviting and cozy place to call your home away from home. Right sized, not too big not too small. Not suitable for more than 8 people comfortably.

Main bathroom has two separate sinks and mirrors, toilet, bathtub with shower. Second bathroom is only a two piece. Ceramic flooring.

One upper 3rd floor bedroom has separate basin sink, rustic wood panelling, and closet. Bedroom over looks backyard. One 3rd floor bedroom has custom built-ins, drawers with closet over looking street from bay window. Both rooms have laminate flooring.

Two smaller bedrooms on 2nd floor, one room with a double/full bed, the other bedroom has two twin beds. These Bedrooms are carpeted.

Off the kitchen eating area which is located on 2nd floor is a large deck with stairs leading down to the large back yard. There is a small play structure (dinosaur) in back yard.

Property has private parking on-site. Two available spots, third spot optional at extra cost and availability.

Guest access

Private large 2nd floor deck. (best utilized in Spring, Summer and Fall).

Guests have access to backyard.

On-site Laundry is currently being renovated and should be available soon. (Basement)

Bedroom Description

Four (4) Bedrooms - Two (2) on the second floor and two (2) on the third floor. One of the upper 3rd floor bedroom has separate basin sink (to brush teeth or wash hands), rustic wood panelling, and large closet. This Bedroom has a Queen size bed. Bedroom over looks backyard.

The Second 3rd floor bedroom has a Queen size bed, custom built-ins, drawers with large closet over looking street from bay window. Both are large rooms boasting hard wood flooring.

Two smaller bedrooms on 2nd floor (nice size), one bedroom room has a double/full bed, the second bedroom bedroom has two twin beds best suited for children. These Bedrooms are carpeted. Both rooms overlook front of home.

Location Description

This home is located in Weston Village a quaint family neighbourhood of century homes on tree lined streets close to many amenities such as shopping, groceries, a great weekend farmer's market (May to October), the Humber River Hospital, transit, rail, Pearson Airport to mention just a few of the highlights.

Weston Village is a lesser known jewel in Toronto.

Simply leave your car on-site and travel by transit (TTC), UP Express or the Go Train (you have a maximum number of options from this home). This way can avoid high parking fees, needless parking tickets, wasted time in heavy traffic and congestion all often over looked when choosing your accommodation.

If you are a runner, cyclist or avid nature walker. Our home is located centrally to the start of the Humber River Trail entrances to the Southern (to the Lake) and Northern Humber River Trail (To Woodbridge) routes. Both trails separate at Weston. You can spend hours just walking the trails of the Humber.

Weston Village is often under looked as a location to stay. If you are looking a place to stay at the end of the day which is a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and a place to come enjoy and relax at the end of the day then this is it.

**Non-Smoking Home ** No Parties ** Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 3 p.m., and Check-out is by 11 a.m.. Arriving slightly earlier, or want an extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with us first. We need the time in between to clean and prepare the place for our next guests. on exception, we do have a space to store your luggage but please make arrangements with us. We fully understand some flights out are not till late afternoon or evening and we would like to accommodate if possible. There might be a nominal extra charge - ask us first if you need to store your luggage. No Parties or events on premises. Toronto is a great place to party but just not in our home. If you want to party please book elsewhere. Thanks. No Smoking in house. Smoking is available outside on deck. Home is a smoke free area. Please respect this rule. Please be respectful of our house.

Extra People over 8 people additional charge of $20.00 per person. We are able to set up a Queen Air Mattress in one of the bedrooms to accomodate the extra people but you must let us know in advance and pay the additional fee.
