This beautiful 3-bedroom Town home stands head and shoulders above other Town homes. It offers the luxury of a private pool which has a lovely conservation view. As you will see from the photographs, the home has been stylishly furnished to a very high standard and has a bright and appealing open plan Living and Dining Area, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes top quality appliances.

There are three lavish bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. The upstairs Master Bedroom has a king size bed, Flat Screen TV and en-suite, it also boasts a private balcony with seating for those breakfasts where you can enjoy the spectacular views. A second double bedroom is on the ground floor and has a Queen bed, Flat Screen TV and en-suite. Further upstairs, you will find 1 Queen and 1 Twin bedroom which also has a Flat Screen TV and en-suite.

The private pool area includes sun loungers and a Dining area for those Al Fresco meals where you can unwind in blissful tranquillity after a day in the parks, or indeed enjoy an evening relaxing and taking in the beautiful conservation surroundings.

Serenity Is nestled in a natural landscape just minutes from Disney World.

Providing access to the best recreation and entertainment venues that this extremely popular area has to offer.

Situated just minutes from Highway 192, Serenity is close to local shops and Supermarkets on Highway 27 and offers easy access to Walt Disney World which can be reached in just 10 minutes. Orlando's other area attractions such as Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Wet and Wild and Discovery Cove, The Florida Mall, The Mall at Millennia and the Designer Outlet Malls are all within easy reach.

There are many Golf Courses close by with fishing, boating, and equestrian activities also available.

There is a great selection of restaurants on Highway 192 which are within 5 mins drive and include many of our own personal favorites such as Bahama Breeze, Joes Crab Shack, Applebee's, Carrabbas, The Olive Garden, Outback, Houlihans and our

brand new favorite "Bonefish".

Although all units come with their own private pool. Serenity also boasts its own residents only clubhouse with a resort style communal pool and an on-site fitness centre, indoor cafe and bar area and a business centre with meeting rooms so there is

literally something which will appeal to all members in your party.

For a flat, mandatory, non-refundable $50 fee minor accidental damage up to $500 will be waived. If damage exceeds $500 or is deemed intentional or by the result of gross negligence or willfull misconduct this waiver does not apply. This waiver covers accidental damage only.
