Welcome to Chanel No 5, one of just six 3 storey luxury ocean front holiday rentals in a stunning development called Mahogany Bay located on the beautiful Paynes Bay in St James.

Chanel No 5 is located on one of the best beaches in Barbados called Paynes Bay. It is famous for its calm turquoise waters and for swimming with turtles which can be seen most days just a couple of minutes off shore. It is also ideal for strolling to the very exclusive Sandy lane Hotel which is approximately 15 minutes away. In addition there are several really excellent hotels including Treasure Beach, The House and Tamarind Cove which all have excellent Restaurants and water sports facilities around the corner. Daphne’s and The Cliff Restaurants are also walking distance. Holetown is very close by where you will find an excellent selection of both local and designer shopping. The area is also famous for its incredible selection of stunning ocean side restaurants. Golf is available close by at both Sandy lane and Westmoreland Courses.Chanel no 5 is a lovely 3 bedroom fully air conditioned beach side town house with private plunge pool and garden area set on three floors overlooking the stunning beach and lush gardens of the exclusive and private development that is Mahogany Bay.

On the ground floor, French doors open from the air-conditioned open plan living and dining room to the veranda, plunge pool and garden. The views are lovely and there are sun beds in the gardens. The Terrace is the ideal place to enjoy the stunning sunsets, relax with a book and dine with friends and family.

The Master bedroom suite with sitting area, en suite bathroom and walk-in dressing room, occupies the entire second floor. There is a private terrace off the Master Bedroom and the views from here are breathtaking. There are two Twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the first floor. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions and have balconies overlooking the garden and beach with spectacular sea views.

The well equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, blender, and electric kettle. Additional facilities include High Speed WiFi, B BQ, CD Player and Cable TV.

From the garden, a few steps lead down to the white sandy beach.

STAFF includes a Housekeeper/laundress, gardener, and night watchman. Our Cook will prepare either breakfast & lunch OR lunch & dinner, 6 days a week. Gardener and night watchman shared with other townhouses at Mahogany Bay.

With its understated yet sophisticated style Chanel No 5 is the perfect place for gazing out to the sparkling sea and enjoying the spectacular sunsets that are so often a feature in Barbados.
