Directly in front of you is a light spacious great room with large windows, a fireplace, a large wall-mounted flat screen TV, and lots of lush comfortable seating from which to enjoy it all.

This room easily flows into a second vibrant lounge/family room area with vaulted wood ceilings, modular seating, a fireplace, and slider access to the covered front porch and outside dining nook.

The main dining table has seating for 8, then just around the corner is an additional built-in kitchen nook, leading you into a superbly furnished kitchen with a Thermador dishwasher as well as a Thermador 6-burner range, griddle and dual oven. Here you have all you need to meet your culinary needs – just add the food and the camaraderie.

A large, light-filled California King master bedroom with wall to wall windows frame the views of downtown San Diego. The master, equipped with a large wall-mounted flat screen TV and ceiling fan, is accompanied by an en suite bath with a rain shower head, a handheld shower head, and an in-shower bench equipped with four body jets.

To the right of the spacious entry is the second beautifully furnished king bedroom with a desk area, outside access, and a half bath. The third bedroom also has a king bed, a desk area, a large wall-mounted flat screen TV, as well as a ceiling fan to ensure your comfort. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and French Door access to the deck and views.

The second bath is a full bath with double sinks, rain and hand-held shower heads and a jetted spa tub. The additional half bath, sits off the great room and of course all bed and bathrooms are furnished with luxury linens to ensure your every comfort.

This home has high-speed WI-Fi and cable, a washer and dryer, and off-street parking in the driveway (w/ ample street parking).

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.
