Our beautiful new home is a well appointed accommodation, for an affordable price and you will want to return year after year. Located within walking distance to town, public swimming beaches, nature trails, the marina, floating boardwalk, restaurants and shopping. There's ample parking for an extra car or a boat. The space:
The guests space is a private, tastefully decorated 1200 sqft upper floor with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, each with queen size beds, ensuite off the master with a nice "rain shower" and another full bathroom with tub/shower. For a fifth guest there's a couch or air mattress. All new linens provided. The main living area is an open concept layout, yet very cozy with the gas fireplace in the living room to keep you warm on a cool night, along with Cable TV and Netflix for your enjoyment.
The kitchen is very well equipped and has granite counters, stainless appliances, with dishwasher, and a nice island for entertaining.
The kitchen and master bedroom access the backyard which is very sunny and has a covered patio as well as a BBQ, dining table, and comfy outdoor furniture. Enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink while the sun goes down.
