Property Description

Open floor studio extension 800 Sq. Ft. of living space with a king size bed a full bath with a Jacuzzi, full kitchen with a bar and two living rooms. Also a patio, BBQ area, outside furniture & plenty of outside parking, near M&L trains and buses.

Lots of sun light with plenty of in door and out door space... 15 mins from downtown Manhattan and downtown Brooklyn... Lost of nearby restaurants, bars and Cafes in trendy Bushwick. The loft like space is a extension of the first floor duplex apartment in a legal 2 Family row house owner occupied private residence .

Guest access every area in the first floor loft like extension as you are getting access to the entire floor. Even the driveway if you drive in for an additional cost, of course free outside parking is plentiful. There will be plenty of privacy during your stay... I will be in the space upstairs with separate entrance and everything else, in case you need anything I will be a call away but not in the same floor so sorry you are all alone :-)

There's so much to do at night, from places to just have a drink to having a full meal... It's great been able to walk around and just go bar hoping all within a few blocks from home... Also lots of transportation options so getting just about anywhere in the city is pretty simple. Central Ave. Station on the M train is literally in front of the house with easy transfers to the J or L trains just a stop away or a quick 10 minute walk, also the B 38 and B60 Buses are just a block away.

*** NOTE: Before sending an inquiry make sure you are ready to book once you receive a reply, although homeaway offers 24 hours before the pre-approval expires is better to book the place right away after receiving the pre-approval as there are always multiple request. If I send you a pre-approval and there's no booking withing 6 hours I will have to respectfully decline.

There are 2 laundry mats a block away and also a supermarket on the same block with lots of organic and locally grown fresh products and if you are a meat eater you can pick up some steak and throw it on the outside grill. There is an elevated train station directly across from the apartment this can be considered a curse or a blessing depending on your preference. You will hear the train pull in but is not such a loud sound however for a city person this is pretty normal, at the same time is so convenient to just hop on the train and be in Manhattan in less than 15 minutes. Since theres a floors above you keep in mind that you might hear foot steps from our family, this is very common for multiple level attached homes. The area is lively with plenty of places to eat and drink, it can get a bit loud during the weekend so keep this in mind after all it is NYC. Finally the price is solid as this is a very nice place with many extras however anything over 3 weeks I will give you a price reduction.

Finally just treat the space as if it was your own... And be considerate of utilities cost and the environment... Preserve as much as possible... Thank you.
