We are located at the renowned 300-acre Omi International Arts Center. In order to continue our work with artists from all over the world, the Center allows rental of the public spaces from Thanksgiving to Presidents Weekend for retreats, vacations, meetings, family reunions and special occasions. We have 19 rooms in three buildings. We ask that you take at least 8 rooms per night @ $175 plus tax per night ($1400). Additional rooms will be billed at $175.00 each. The site includes three houses - Sanford and Reynolds Houses have 8 bedrooms/4 bathrooms each. Ledig House has three bedrooms /2 bathrooms upstairs. The first floor of Ledig has a complete kitchen, dining room, living room and Library. The houses are filled with modern artwork. There will be only one guest at a time. You will have exclusive access to the common areas of Ledig House.
The Fields Sculpture Park and Visitors Center are at the base of the hill. Guests can visit the sculptures, enjoy the exhibitions in the Visitors Center and, in the winter, use the groomed cross country ski trails in the Park at no charge.
WE ARE NOT A FOR-PROFIT EVENTS VENUE. All proceeds go directly to the support of our programs. Our rates are pre-determined whether you plan on a reunion or a wedding.
The rooms at the Retreat are available from Thanksgiving to Presidents Weekend only. The Visitors Center and sites in the Fields Sculpture Park are available throughout the year.
The common areas of Ledig and Reynolds House can host a reception of 30-40 people with dancing. The Cafe and Reception areas of the Visitors Center can accommodate a seated reception of 60-80 or cocktails for 100. Or you may erect a tent on the grounds of the Fields Sculpture Park contiguous to the Center and have use of the Cafe and Reception areas for cocktails/dancing.
Our guests tell us that when they drive up that winding road to the top of the hill, the views are stunning and the quiet is palpable.
