This beautiful newly-renovated 3 bedroom apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood just 500 feet from Broadway / Vinton St, an easy walk to dozens of popular downtown spots. The space sleeps 6 (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins), plus a sectional sofa.
This first floor unit is located on a quiet street just off of Broadway. We are located less than one mile from numerous Providence destinations, including the Convention Center, the Dunkin Donuts Center, and Providence Place Mall.
In minutes you can dine with the locals at a number of popular eateries such as Julian's, Nick's on Broadway, Classic Café, the Grange, Kitchen, Providence Oyster Bar, Siena, Venda Ravioli, and AS220. Visitors enjoy shopping at the Providence Place Mall, Queen of Hearts, and the nation's oldest indoor shopping mall, the Arcade Providence. Entertainment venues include the Dunkin Donuts Center, the Showcase Cinemas at Providence Place, the Providence Performing Arts Center, Trinity Repertory Company, RISD Museum, Cable Car Cinema, the Children's Museum, and the world-famous WaterFire. Local and seasonal farmer's markets can also be found nearby.
Guests can access the entire first floor via a private and dedicated entrance on Primrose Street. The other floors are not accessible as they are rented to other tenants.
Our family has rented apartments in Providence for more than a decade, and we pride ourselves on quality units and happy tenants. While relatively new to the VRBO scene, we have received many kind reviews through another BNB site that should give you the peace of mind that you WILL enjoy your stay with us. Please contact me at any time if you have any questions or concerns before or during your stay.
The neighborhood is located less than a tenth of a mile from Broadway, a few minutes from the heart of Federal Hill, and less than a mile from downtown. People traveling from out of town can arrive via airport (TF Green in Warwick/Providence), or via train at Providence's Amtrak Station. Those driving can park downtown at a number of overnight parking facilities. Public transportation includes taxicabs, Uber, local buses and trolleys, and Zip Car.
Like many homes in many cities, we cannot provide any off-street parking. The city does not technically allow overnight on-street parking, although you are free to do so at your own risk. Guests with vehicles could utilize one of several downtown overnight parking facilities within a mile of the unit, and then take a short taxi or Uber ride back to the apartment.
The entire building was fully renovated in 2015-2016. As shown in the pictures, the hardwood floors are beautiful! To keep them that way, we would ask that guests remove their shoes and leave them by the door whenever possible. Please be respectful of the upstairs tenants and neighbors. Smoking is not allowed inside or around the property. Also, no pets allowed (we have very allergic children - sorry!)+ More
