Located in the heart of Provincetown's desirable West End, this quintessential Cape offers The Perfect Location for your vacation getaway. The property is surrounded by perennial gardens on a quiet gravel-lined private way (that primarily gets just foot traffic), and is a stone's throw from The West End Beach in one direction and Provincetown's bustling entertainment, dining and shopping districts in the other.

Our newly remodeled home is appointed with all the comforts and amenities that discerning travelers typically expect and require. The home is decorated with a unique mix of oriental rugs and traditional furniture as well as contemporary design, while the walls showcase paintings from local area artists.

The first floor has a striking open concept, expansive 45-foot long kitchen, dining, living area, which is ideal for relaxing and entertaining. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has vaulted ceilings and granite countertops, and leads directly to a private patio where friends can gather to enjoy late afternoon cocktails and conversation in a beautifully landscaped garden. The two first floor bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the house, offering complete privacy. The first floor master bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite private bath with rain shower, including private access to the garden patio through french doors. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed is directly adjacent to the second bathroom which includes a Kohler hydrotherapy tub. Interior stairs lead down to a full basement with washer/dryer and additional storage area for your use.

An interior stairway leads up to the second floor space, which includes a vaulted second master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite full bath with walk-in glass tiled shower. On the second floor you will find an open concept dining / living area and a kitchen with vaulted ceilings leading directly out to a large deck with sweeping views of the garden and neighborhood. The deck is appointed with additional outdoor 3-season living and dining furniture and includes an architecturally designed curved staircase to access the garden and outdoor shower on the ground level.

There are two private parking spaces available for use. The owners are exceptionally aware of the importance of your privacy and personal space and will be readily available at any time by phone, if needed.

Beach chairs and totes, beach towels and tapestries, coolers and beach umbrella's available for your use.

Please note that the November 2015 thru March 31, 2016 rates are for the first floor, 2-bedroom 2-bathroom space only.
