It's an easy walk, bike or drive to Eastern Point and Niles Beach, where you can enjoy the coastline, estates & mansions, historic lighthouse, Gloucester breakwaters and scenic harbor views. Led to the second level by a wooden outside staircase, the 550 sq. ft. suite is supplied with everything an individual, couple or small family (not more than 3 big people or 2 adults and 2 small little people total) might need while on vacation or in short term transition. The owners / family have 3 children, one fun, bouncy German Pointer & 1 older lovely Labrador.

Seashores and Coastlines: From seashore to coastlines, the beaches, byways and waters swimmers, sailors, boaters, surfers, & water sport enthusiasts love this region. Easy living with perfect sunsets and breathtaking dawns. Within a short walk or drive of the property is Rocky Neck, America's oldest art colony and home to many galleries, gift shops, restaurants as well as quintessential views from the working Smith Cove and gentler views to the outer harbor and Ten Pound Island from Wonson Cove. On East Main Street, an active theater, the Gloucester Stage Company offers live theater.

Adventurers and travelers alike enjoy Island Annie (Cape Ann), with the ability to be active as you wish between the natural surroundings of beach, ocean, open green spaces, trails for walking and biking. An abundance of wildlife attracts everyone from Audubon societies to vernal pond lovers.

About The Area: Cape Ann: America's first seaport, established in 1623, Gloucester offers history, charm, and quintessential New England coastal experiences. The best kept secret of New England, visitors and travelers alike are drawn by the natural surroundings, dramatic coastlines, a historic working waterfront, many cultural offerings from theater to art, pristine beaches, and America's oldest working art colony.

Enjoy the many restaurants from seasonal fish fries and eat in the ruff seafood shacks to breakfast eateries along Route 127. Enjoy a fine restaurant community with downtown restaurants, including modern cuisines to quintessential New England fare. Nightlife in Gloucester is alive with different genres including piano bars, rock and roll, and jazz. More fun things to do - moonlit walks along the coastline or Niles pond; Thurs p.m. music at Harbor Loop; sunset schooner sails aboard the Thomas E. Lannon, biking the 36 mile coastline of Route 127.
