The front and backyards are enclosed by trees, and provide a peaceful space for grilling, swinging or reading in the hammock. The driveway can fit three to four cars, and bicycles.
The house is in a very special location in a wonderful old neighborhood. The private beach is a gathering point for neighbors both during the day and at sunset. It a perfect beach for children to play and explore.
The walk to town provides an expansive view of Buzzards Bay, and leads to the Aquarium, the scientific institutions and the many attractions of this renowned village. There are numerous restaurants and bakeries, and always an abundance of lectures and concerts open to the public. There is a well-used bikepath for short or long bike rides and runs, and Nobska lighthouse and beach to enjoy.
