The Space

The 1 bed / 1 bath condo has been completely gutted and rebuilt; finished in 2016. The condo is on the ground level with no condo above and has an exclusive-use patio and 1 off-street assigned parking space. It is ideal for 2 to 4 people. The bathroom is accessible from 2 entrances allowing for privacy; one entrance in the kitchen and one from the bedroom.

We have made a great effort to the design and amenities available to ensure that it is a very comfortable place to stay.

The unit is open, airy and light. This is exactly the feel we were looking for when selecting our décor. This is our Cape Cod beach house and we have captured that feel by using reclaimed wood, cool and relaxing colors, and high-quality furnishings throughout our home.

Our location is perfect and very walkable! It is a two minute walk to Commercial street, bars, restaurants, beach access, people-watching, the ferry, ice cream, shops and galleries, and entertainment.

Guest Access

As a guest in our beach house, you will have full access to the entire unit including the exclusive use patio facing Conwell Street. You will also be able to use our off-street parking space for one-car. The condo can be accessed without the need for a key by using a unique code provided to you before your arrival. You will be able to select your own code. No need to carry keys!

Interaction with Guests

I check my e-mail often and I am reachable by phone anytime! Although I will likely not be in Provincetown during your stay, I am always reachable by phone.

The Neighborhood

Our neighborhood is so close to everything! You can see the Pilgrim Monument from our living room window and if you need some food and supplies for your stay, you can walk diagonally across the street to Farland Provisions. The Stop and Shop supermarket is also only a short drive away.

Getting Around

Our unit is in a very walkable location. It is centrally located to all that Provincetown has to offer. When I stay here, I hardly ever use the car. We walk to most places we go. If you fly into Boston, you don't even need a car to get to our condo. You can take a ferry straight to MacMillan Pier, which is only a few blocks away from our beach house. If you do drive in, you will have access to our one off-street parking space. The main Town parking lot is available across the street from our unit. The harbor-side beach is accessible just two blocks away. The Atlantic Ocean is a short drive away but there is local transportation that you could use to get there. Also in the summer, a pedi cab or taxi are available to bring you around town if you wish.
