Being one block off of King St, we were able to easily walk to restaurants and bars, and it was a short Uber trip to other destinations a bit further south. The house was well furnished and included enough space for our entire party. The main bedroom was very spacious with a huge bathroom, while the other two bedrooms were smaller - still a comfortable size. "Our family of 5 loved our vacation at this property! Great location, spacious & comfortable house and very clean. Loved all the windows and natural light! Master bedroom and bath is a great space! This house was a great fit for us and was so much better than booking 2 hotel rooms! This is our 2nd time staying in this neighborhood, and we hope to return. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porches and after exploring Charleston, would return to the porch for a cocktail before heading out to dinner. Each delicious meal was within walking distance of the property (we did make reservation prior to our arrival). "HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!! The best way to describe my feeling with our rental. From the beginning of my search for a place to stay for a friend's wedding, I felt very overwhelmed. Wanting to accommodate all people in our party was going to be tough. Deciding between staying near the beach vs downtown was a big debate. Then I stumbled across Walk Away Stay's website. Their customer service was outstanding, even when I repeatedly called to confirm pricing, Jackie kindly gave me detailed pricing (no hidden fees!) for multiple units. After narrowing down our options, my group decided on 181SP. Awesome house in an awesome location! We were able to walk to really good restaurants and bars and when we did decide to drive to the beach, it was nice knowing we had off street parking waiting for us at home. The house itself was in really good condition. We didn't use the kitchen much, as we ate out every single meal while in town. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. Our favorite space was the master bathroom. Wow! Spacious indeed! We were thinking an entire bedroom must have been made into a master bath. It was that big! The ladies got ready in there every night as it had enough room for the three of us, a full length mirror and perfect natural lighting coming through the windows. While the couches in living room were comfy, we spent most of our down time out on the porch enjoying the beautiful weather. Other out of town guests were envious on how lucky we got with this house.
