This luxury vacation duplex has an open terrace and 20 ft. high windows for a spectacular view from the Ocean to the Bay all the way to Fenwick Island. The First floor has an open concept kitchen with custom cabinets, stone surface counter tops and top-of-the-line appliances. The open concept continues throughout the Living Room and Dining Areas. The 1st floor Master Suite has a king size bed and full bath with a heated Jacuzzi tub. A second full bath on the first floor provides a private bath for the guest sleeping on the luxury air mattress double sleeper sofa. Take the spiral staircase up to the 2nd floor and continue taking in the breathtaking views. The second floor has another master size bedroom with 2 double beds and a full bath with another heated Jacuzzi tub, the adjoining almost 500 sq. ft. loft is a fabulous living/sleeping area with a bar, large screen HDTV, DVD and video games, all perfect for entertaining. The loft couches open up to luxury air mattress sleeper sofas - one queen and one double for a comfortable nights sleep. Another half bath with laundry facilities is also located upstairs. The condo features a HDTV/DVD/VCR in both master bedrooms and a large flat screen HDTV,DVD in the living room and loft area. Free in unit Wi-Fi internet access for all guests. This is a non-smoking condo and is a Saturday to Saturday rental. From May 5th to October 13th, 2017 the Quay charges a $40 non-refundable registration fee which includes parking for one (1) car, parking for a 2nd car is on a first come first serve basis. The charge is $10 a day or $50 for the week which is paid for upon arrival at the security desk on the first floor. Convenient check-in/check-out from our L&F Rental Office on the 2nd floor. Building amenities include a heated indoor and outdoor pool, Arcade room with pool tables, ping pong and tennis courts. Seasonally, there is a deli for breakfast and lunch - everything from Eggs, Bacon and French Toast to Angus Burgers and Crab Cakes!
