The entire home has a coat of fresh paint, the showers and tubs re-glazed, new washer dryer, brand new stainless steel refrigerator, newly renovated retro Wedgwood stove, and handmade custom butcher block counter-top. Adjustable heat and AC in every bedroom and plenty of spacious closets to hang your wardrobe. 55 inch SMART TV in the living room and flat screen TV's in both master bedrooms. There is a doggy door through the laundry room, that leads into a fully fenced in back yard with plenty of space for your family and fur babies to explore.

Located on a quiet, family friendly, tree lined street where shopping, restaurants, bars, theaters, and several canyon hikes are close by. Take a short trip to enjoy a studio tour at Warner Brothers or Universal and a quick drive to the stunning beaches of the Pacific Ocean or Disneyland. Go wine tasting in Malibu or Horseback riding in Burbank. Consider shopping at The famous celebrity spot 'The Grove' or visit Beverly Hills and its luxurious Rodeo Drive. One thing we love to do locally is walk the dogs up to the Fat Dog Bar and Grill to grab a romantic drink and enjoy the great food. There are also quaint coffee shops and breakfast spots like, EAT and Republic of Pie very close by. Plenty of lovely, safe, clean parks for the kids/dogs to play in and bike paths to keep riders safe. In walking distance, the Noho metro station is one stop north of Universal Studios and two quick stops from Hollywood and Highland. Location is key in this town- the house is super close to the 170, 5, 405 and 101 Freeways. For those cozy nights in, there is a large flat screen TV with cable in the living room, or you can curl up with a glass of scotch and good book in the charming fireplace room. There is secure private wifi and a new large capacity washer and dryer in the laundry room. Driveway and street parking out front is all yours.
