  • Loft is fully furnished and professionally interior designed.

  • 2 Bedroom 1.5 Bath (Approximately 1,200)

  • Master bedroom king sized bed

  • 2nd bedroom has murphy bed and also used as office space.

  • 25 foot high ceilings, great open floor plan

  • Custom modern crystal chandelier hangs right in the middle of the loft with dimmer. It is truly an amazing piece! Guests have loved seeing this chandelier in person.

  • One of the great things about this loft is that it has a large size balcony over looking all of Santana Row. There is only 4 units in the building with a balcony like this. You can leave the double sliding doors open for fresh air (one of the great perks this unit has). Also, once closed it is double paneled glass so you will not hear a bit of noise from outside.

  • Less then 6 miles for Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC).

  • Right across the street Westfield shopping mall.

  • Placed in the perfect location in the heart of Silicon Valley with easy access to major highways, Stevens Creek, Winchester Blvd and San Thomas Expwy.

  • Close to all top major tech companies in Silicon Valley (Apple, Adobe, Ebay, Nvidia, HP, (website hidden), (website hidden), Intel, Cisco Systems etc.)
