This two story home has everything to offer! The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king bed with attached master bathroom, which provides a large bathtub for relaxing. The queen bedroom has a great view of the perfectly manicured backyard. The "bunk room" is great for kids, or kids at heart! Bottom bunk is a full, top bunk is a twin, and there is also a separate twin bed as well. The downstairs bedroom has a TV and Play station PS2 and PS4 for guests to enjoy, with a queen pull out sofa. The Living Room has a queen pullout couch, and offers closed doors for privacy.
This comfy home can easily accommodate all 10 guests. The family room is furnished with plush, comfortable couches, and provides lots of space. The kitchen is perfectly appointed and has everything one could need to cook a nice meal. The dining room is just off the kitchen and provides seating for 10 people, while the breakfast bar in the kitchen can seat 3.
The living room offers a relaxing/ quiet atmosphere.
The backyard of this home is in pristine condition. We offer a top of the line large BBQ with rotisserie and warming drawers. Overstuffed deck furniture with the ability to have 3 matching dining tables and chairs for up to 10 people in the yard. After a nice soak in the hot tub, there is a large grassy area to lay out and soak in the Flagstaff sun. Outdoor dining tables are shaded by pine trees to offer a beautiful meal setting. There is a warm space heater as well for wintertime. During the winter take a hot tub soak while the snow falls lightly from the sky.

This neighborhood tows, there is no parking in the street. Please be sure that you are only bringing 4 vehicles, and that they are all parked in garage/driveway. This is a quiet, professional neighborhood, please respect the quiet nature - No outdoor noise, jacuzzi or bistro lights on after 9pm Sun-Thurs and 10pm Fri-Sat. No spray tans or lotions of any kind in hot tub. No parties or events!! You will lost your deposit if this rule is broken. No pets. No loitering in the vacant lot across the street. You can use it to access the forest but do not hang out in there as is in private property. Do not loiter in anyone's property. Finally, all guests must speak English in case of emergencies, which has happened. We are sorry, but this is a requirement.

This home is located in one of the most desirable and quiet neighborhoods in Flagstaff. The Continental Country Club which offers golf (for a fee) and the Oakmont restaurant are within walking distance of the home. The Oakmont offers a great happy hour, upscale wine bar, and beautiful golf views for days and nights out on their patio. Walnut Meadows is a 5 minute walk from the home, this has a pond with a surrounding paved trail. Lots of ducks and geese! Great for families with children who want to take a nice stroll, use stroller and children's bikes. There are many hiking/biking trails withing walking distance of the home. There are also the ancient Ruins of Wupatki and at Walnut Canyon which offers educational fun for people wanting to explore ancient Indian Ruins. There are also parks around the area and a new state-of-the-art Harkins Movie Theater around the corner. Also Flagstaff Extreme ropes and adventure course. Lots of hiking and biking opportunities, golf and swimming. Fall is gorgeous with colorful leaves all around and Hart's Prairie!
In the winter there is downhill and cross country skiing, snow boarding, sledding, ice skating, snowmobiling and sleigh rides. During the other 3 seasons there is lots of hiking and many points of interest to enjoy. This is also a good place to start off from for the Grand Canyon or Sedona.
