What makes this guest residence unique is that it has its own entrance and is quite private from the main residence. Also, you feel as though you just might be in the quiet countryside of Provence but know you can be in all the excitement of Sunset Strip within two to three minutes. Picture yourself overlooking Beverly Hills, Catalina, and the distant ocean. But only Moments away from Sunset Plaza where the famous Chateau Marmont is where you can go for a cool meal or Katana for Sushi. This home was owned byDon Costa an American recording artist, arranger, conductor, and record producer. He discovered singer Paul Anka, and is perhaps best known for conducting and arranging several hit albums by Frank Sinatra, including Sinatra and Strings and My Way. Built in 1958 This enchanting and special remodeled home has entertained many of Hollywood’s A-List celebrities! Situated just above Sunset Boulevard, 1/2 mile from the Sunset Strip and Sunset Plaza, it boasts fabulous canyon and city views. This is truly a special retreat! It is conveniently located to all Los Angeles attractions, most diverse restaurants, and world famous destinations.

This property is tucked into a canyon at the end of a quiet road offering canyon breezes and spectacular views of Beverly Hills and Los Angeles. It is surrounded by Californian foliage and palms. It has an open floor plan, which is perfect for a small dinner Al Fresco! This suite offers privacy, luxury and comfort. It is centrally located to tourist attractions and is just minutes from unparalleled nightlife, dining, and shopping options.

Enter through the private door leading down into your own personal paradise. The first terrace off of the living room and bedroom is a lovely area for reading, Al Fresco dining, or maybe just a cup of coffee to start your day. Enter into the Living room which has three terraces surrounding it. Many choices for a glass of wine at the end of you day or to begin your evening. The inside and outside meld together to exemplify California living at it’s best. Each of the rooms feature many windows as well as five sets of French doors throughout the suite all opening onto one of the three lovely terraces and the amazing views of the city lights of Beverly Hills. The kitchen, with a mix of stainless steel and high quality appliances are there for you. Simply relax and watch movies or sporting events on the HD LCD flat screen television. Of course there is high speed wifi throughout the suite.

The bedroom is a queen size bed with luxurious linens and towels. There is a very large closet with two luggage racks. Table linens, lint remover, sewing kit and extra pillows. Of course there is an iron and ironing board for you along with the full sized washer and dryer. Also we have a drying rack if you prefer for small items. HOUSE RULES:

We have a welcome letter when you arrive with all pertinent information you will need for a comfortable stay. We will also do a brief walk through with you so you are comfortable with your surroundings and show you where everything is as well as what is available to you.
The WiFi password will be provided when you arrive. Please send us your arrival information so we know approximately what time you will be arriving on your check in day as check in is 3pm or after. Also your departure time which check out is 11am or earlier. On your check out day please leave the keys on the hook near the door and shut all doors and windows. Make sure all garbage is taken out, heat or air conditioning is off as well as all the lights and fountain are off. Make sure you leave the suite as close to it was when you entered.

Check in is after 3pm and check out is before 11 am. Any special times other than these must be approved before your arrival. No Exceptions...If you must stay later than 12 noon on your check out day an additional half day will be applied.

We do not permit any film, blog, or work related shooting or professional photography within the suite, it is for lodging purposes only. There will be rates applied for a location fee if this happens.

**We are not a handicap property because there are stairs to the suite and two steps within the suite. There is no smoking, no pets and no children.
Since AIRBNB is not like a hotel with daily maid service it is the guests’ responsibility to keep up with dishes, excessive laundry, and trash etc. while here on their stay. If guests chose to not comply with this and there is an excessive amount of cleaning over what is normally needed for a stay an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged after check out to the damage deposit. All reservations have a maid fee of $100 incorporated into the booking to clean after your departure.
If you stay longer than a week we require maid service 1 time each week for $100 per additional week you are here with us. This can be taken from your damage deposit if added while here or added to your reservation before you arrive. If you require daily maid service or any other version of service please inform us of this so it can be arranged and additional fees will be applied and agreed upon. This also needs to be done at the time of booking.

There is absolutely no smoking of any kind as this is a smoke free facility inside and out as we have many guests that are highly allergic. We also live in the hillside area which in the heat is a high fire zone which is why there is no smoking on the outside of the suite. If there is any smoking... there will be a cleaning fee of $150 taken from the damage deposit to have all drapes, furniture and rugs cleaned. Before each cleaning after a guest leaves we do a thorough house check along with an inventory of everything for damage and missing items. This is for the protection of each NEW GUEST ARRIVING so they do not ever become responsible for other guests actions. So please do not remove anything from the suite as all is documented with each guest. If anything is broken or damaged please let us know. We also ask that you not try to fix anything yourself since we have people who can do this for us.

There are no pets allowed. (allergies as well as cleanliness)

We are a 1 bedroom 1 Bathroom facility. If you require an additional bed/ room because you are traveling with someone you cannot share the 1 queen bed with we do have a room attached to the third patio that has a comfy twin blow up bed in it. We must know about this before your booking is confirmed because there is a 1 time additional fee of $75.00 added to your booking fee for the use of the room and additional bed.

**If you have a third person that will be using this room or staying within the suite there is a charge of $75 per night for the third person.

Parking is directly in front of the house. This is an extremely safe area and there is always parking here on property. Park facing downhill on the house side of the street.
