Inside, you will find an updated kitchen, barstool seating for 2 plus separate dining room seats 6. Living room has seating for 7, flat screen TV, fireplace-flame surrounded by glass beads at the touch of a button.

The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 6. There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and also the living room. One bath has tub and shower, 2nd bath has shower only.

Laundry room in the house. Coffee, bottled water, kitchen supplies and seasonings are available for guests to use.

This charming house was built about 1940, and has a lot of character to show for it! I purchased the home in 2009 and completed the renovation in 2012.

The specific street the house is on is a main thoroughfare, (although the house is set back from the street), and is less than1 mile from downtown, the Convention Center, and the Hospital District. Downtown has lovely shops, restaurants, and bars.

The home is beautifully decorated in a contemporary-CA style. This is not just a basic suburban house in a basic suburban neighborhood. The thought, effort, and money that went into the decor is evident. You will feel like you are truly on vacation here!
