The property has heating throughout the entire home to keep its guests warm/cozy during the fall and winter seasons.
The cottage's gated and SPACIOUS BACKYARD has tall pine trees and an outdoor patio which provides for privacy, tranquility, and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Children have a safe-space to just run around, be free, and play. The front yard deck provides guests the opportunity to appreciate Idyllwild’s morning sunrises/sunsets which always warm the heart and soul. You also can enjoy the deck with family/friends as you cook away on the BBQ GRILL or simply view the STAR-FILLED SKY AT NIGHT.
The cottage is LESS THAN 5 MINUTES DRIVING distance TO DOWNTOWN. In downtown, you can eat at restaurants and shop at antique shops and boutique stores which offer up great finds for all. You can also spend time at signature Idyllwild festivals, events, and celebrations which include the Annual Lemon Lily Festival (Idyllwild Nature Center), Jazz in the Pines, Summer Concert Series, Art Walk & Wine Tasting, Home Tour, Annual Easter Egg Hunt, International Festival of Cinema, Downtown Tree Lighting Ceremony, Paws and Rhythm Blues Craft Beer Festival, Annual Harvest Festival, Idyllwild Library events, and more.
