7th house from beach is also a short walk from Del Mar RaceTrack and town center (see "location" map)! At beach- swim, boogie board, surf, volleyball, jog, walk or simply sit and watch the sun set: This is the perfect location for 1 or 2 couples or a family vacation.. 1600 square feet of unique hexagonal open plan two story shingled home of older male informally displays his travel/family memories inside, has large windows to large dining patio and informal gardens with trees, herbs, succulents, lawns . FIRST FLOOR: Living room-dining room -kitchen surrounding circular staircase, with views of garden foliage, walks, patio, & lawn. Living area has 2 leather couches, Kitchen and dining areas have 2 wood tables [seating 4 and 7]; kitchen is custom, remodeled in 2007. Beach room has washer/dryer, toilet and storage... designed with tile floor for drying/changing after return from beach. Floors are solid bamboo in entry/kitchen, tile in beach and bathrooms; otherwise carpeted. Outside front door is large front porch with redwood floor, cushioned chairs, glass top tables... another place for tenants to relax. Outside kitchen is a large patio with table under umbrella for outside dining in a garden area. SECOND FLOOR: 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a deck {some ocean view May'16} to relax outside. The master bedroom can divide hexagon containing queen bed, bureau and closet by drapes from an equal size hexagon multi-use with twin bed and wall hanging bureau and desk. The building also contains space NOT rented: (on ground level) garage, tool shop, studio used by owner when in town; (upstairs) one locked room and a closet containing owner's things are not available to tenants..
OUTSIDE: 1. Off the kitchen is a large garden patio with garden on 3 sides, for tenant use only [except yard maintenance, etc. access by owner]. This patio area has hexagonal glass top table with umbrella and seating for 6, and [above/behind] a smaller redwood deck which has barbecue for renter use. 2. There are also large front porch, and above it a large second floor deck, each with table and chairs for tenant use [Owner has access to mailbox is on front porch.]. 2. Lawns south and east of garage: Tenant has exclusive parking use on grass/dirt area SE of garage for 3 cars as follows: PARKING 3 CARS [next to/east of garage is reserved FOR TENANTS]: Parking is on a "grass lawn" east of the paved drive way, divided by beach stone lines into a single space next to garage and next to it a space long enough for 2 cars parked tandem... one behind other... and beyond that a one car wide lane closest to RR [reserved for owner use; the 3 spaces closest to the garage are for tenants' use]. This parking area and the lawn inside fence on north are otherwise shared use...[mostly access and keeping beach equipment and washing on return from beach]. The paved driveway and walks west of garage.. north to front porch are for access only, for all. .

NOT INCLUDED IN RENTAL: Outside the main building the owner excludes from the rental fenced off areas of the yard NE and NW of the house for his garden, storage and other personal use.

OCEAN FRONT RESTAURANTS: Two blocks south are two beachfront restaurants, Jakes and Poseidon, the lifeguard headquarters [with shower/toilet facilities for beach goers], a park with children's play equipment and periodic free concerts in summer and other activities.. TOWN CENTER: Three more blocks is city center and shops, restaurants. RACETRACK - FAIRGROUNDS: Half mile walk NORTH to fairgrounds/racetrack MAIN ENTRANCE on Jimmie Durante.
