DOWNSTAIRS is open-plan with the spacious but cozy living room featuring a real fireplace, large L-shaped couch, and the black and white staircase leading up. There's an unassuming 46" 4K flat screen in one corner, adequate for most needs but also quite easy to ignore. Walk through the open-plan ground floor to the full dining room and chef-friendly galley kitchen making it perfect for intimate dinners. In the warmer months the romantic little back yard is heaven, with a grill and seating for 4 or more.

UPSTAIRS is divided in two. The bright and airy master bedroom with large walk-in closet, queen bed, and comfy sofa. The more modern front room functions as an office, library, and occasional guest-room, with a very comfortable modern convertible twin sofa-bed, generous desk space, and comfy reading chair. Between the two rooms is the master bath with tub, shower, etc.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Miracle Mile is one of the most central and convenient locations in LA. Very close to major museums; LACMA, Petersen Automotive Museum, La Brea Tar Pits. Served by several major bus routes, the real beauty of the house is the walkable local area. With a dozen cafes and many great restaurants and bakeries within a few blocks, as well as art galleries, yoga, fitness, juice bars, clothing, jewelry, new and antique furniture stores.
