Property Description

This house is a brand new construction, completed at the end of 2016. It is ideal for 2 extended families with children. But would as well accommodate other groups.

-> If you are traveling with small child, we would be happy to provide high chair, play pen, and add baby gate on the second floor.

4WD/chains might required during winter season. Guests will have access to the entire house.

Most interactions will be through email. Occasionally, host or local co-host would meet you at the check-in.

This is a 2-story house with 2 car garage. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom plus common area on the first floor. Second floor has an open kitchen, dining room, living room, powder room and master suite with jetted tub and standing shower.

The bed arrangement is as following:


Bedroom #1 sleeps 2: Queen;

Bedroom #2 sleeps 4: 2xBunk Beds;

Common area sleeps 2: Pull out Full size sofa bed;


Master Bedroom sleeps 3: King.

PlayPen OR twin size pullout will be provided upon request.

People with pet allergy please contact host before booking.




Please take shoes off while in the house.

The maximum number of Adults is 6 (SIX). The maximum number of guests (incl. kids) is 10. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises AT ANY TIME. Must be 30+ to book and will be an occupant during the entire reserved period.

The max # of Cars allowed is 3 (THREE). Parking is allowed ONLY in the garage and driveway. Absolutely NO parking on the lawn or on the street at any time.

No Pets. No smoking on, at, or in any part of the Property (INCL. porch, balcony, front- and backyard). No Marijuana, Drugs or any kind of Paraphernalia allowed.

If evidence of violating above policies is discovered, the guest will be responsible for all expenses associated with restoring the property to original condition.

No parties. No excessive noise at any time. No hot tub use during quiet hours.

Quiet Hours, defined as the hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $1,000 or more per incident.

Check-in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. There will be a $100 late fee charge for the late check-out, unless it has otherwise been prearranged.

Property must be kept in a reasonably clean condition throughout the stay and upon departure. Extra cleaning fee will be charged for excessive mess.

Do not add anything to the hot tub. No food, no glass in hot tub. $100 fine if refill needed.

Please include words "I AGREE TO HOUSE RULES" with your inquiry/request and provide names, ages and relationships for EVERYONE in your group, incl. kids. Unregistered guests are NOT allowed AT ANY TIME. If you had last minute change for your group, please update your request immediately.
