Property Description

Private!! The only house on the street, has a saltwater pool and hot tub, Beautiful views. Open floor plan, tons of toys and things for the kids including a swimming pool (has a safety fence), swing set, trampoline (has a safety net), fort and play house. Come stay in our home so we can go on a vacation of our own.

Our house is a very private 4 bed, 2 bath home with 7 beds (1 is blow up air mattress) on a large hillside property at the end of a short cul-de-sac. Only house on the street! No neighbors!! Very secluded. Your kids will keep busy here for weeks. We do have two older cats who will be trolling about outside and in the garage. This is not a "party" house. We will not rent to anyone less than 30 years of age.

The backyard is completely fenced in so you don't have to worry about children or dogs escaping. There is a pool safety fence (not pictured) that will be installed but can be taken down in about 10 minutes.

You will have complete access to our entire house, excepting the garage, and we will not be home at all. You will have fresh linens to use for your beds, fresh towels for the bathroom and pool, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and lotions. You will have full access to the kitchen and free use of our condiments, oils, butter, spices, herbs, seasonings, coffee, baking necessities (flour, sugar, etc). We have filtered (reverse osmosis) water in a separate spout by the sink, and that goes to the fridge as well where you can get it cold.

Our home will sleep 11 comfortably in beds; there is also 1 queen bed air mattress so it could accommodate an extra 2 people. There are 4 bedrooms; 3 are upstairs, and the master bedroom is downstairs. The upstairs bedroom #1 has a queen sized bed. Upstairs bedroom #2 has a bunk bed that is full sized on the bottom and twin on top. Upstairs Bedroom #3 has a queen sized bunk bed. The downstairs bedroom is the master and it has a king size bed. If you are thinking of booking for more than 11, then we are open to it but the cost is more. Also people would have to be ok with sleeping in the floor, or sharing bed with more than 1 other person.

We will strive to give you as much privacy and space as possible. We just want you to leave our home looking and smelling good.

Our home is about 20 minutes away from magic mountain, and a 5-10 minute walk from two of the most amazing parks in all of Los Angeles- El Cariso and Veteran's Park.

The cats are allowed free access inside and outside the house when we are home, so they may try to sneak in if you leave the door open. When we are away, we shut the cats out of the house and leave them in the garage where they have an automatic door to give them outdoor access. If you are comfortable having the cats in the house, feel free to let them inside and party with you! Because the cats are normally allowed in our home, if you have severe cat allergies this may not be the place for being said- I have a few friends with cat allergies who are usually not bothered when they come to our house. The cats tend to stay in the downstairs areas and don't go upstairs very often, so we suggest that anyone who is allergic stay in the upstairs rooms. Our cats have lived with dogs in the past, so they adjust pretty quickly to dogs. However, if you have a dog that does not like cats, we ask that you do not bring them to our house.
