Center your Northern Arizona visit at this sanctuary. Featuring waterfalls and gardens and labyrinth, it is a unique custom-built duplex in a quiet neighborhood, steps from hiking/biking trails, minutes from downtown Flagstaff, and just off the road to Oak Creek and Sedona.
Built in the 80’s, this rustic little abode is filled with antiques and local art. If you want privacy and solitude, it is yours while you are staying at Raven's Grotto, it’s perfect for that romantic getaway. If you are interested in Northern Arizona's natural and cultural history, tourism destinations, or the local art and music scenes, just ask your host, Christina Norlin. She is a respected local artist, Master Gardner, and 40-year resident of Flagstaff. A graduate of Northern Arizona University, Christina majored in Graphic Design, working her way through college grooming the slopes at Arizona Snow Bowl and driving boatmen and their equipment to and from the Colorado River for Arizona Raft Adventures. Today she has a thriving business, Raven’s Eye Creative Werks, where she creates custom silver jewelry and sandblasted glassware.
You are welcome to visit her in her studio, just ask.
You’ll have exclusive assess to the house. Though Christina lives and works next door in the 2 story addition, the spaces are completed separated by a storage room with locked doors, the only common wall is in the living room.
