This rustic-chic home is a great retreat. Nestled in the quaint town of Roslyn, this is the perfect place to reconnect with the wilderness in style and comfort. Just above the town park, and a quick walk to the movies, bars, brewery and shops. Easy connect to Suncadia's walking, biking, x-c skiing and snowshoeing. Kayaking and fly fishing nearby.

The space

This home has amenities to help make your stay comfortable no matter the length. There is a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, dinning area and breakfast bar upon entry. To round out the main floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom. The top floor contains two cozy bedrooms and a half bath (just a toilet and sink). The basement is home to a full bathroom, large washer and dryer, an entertainment center with a 60" TV, Xbox One and a poker table that doubles as a bumper pool table.

There is a BBQ in the fully fenced backyard - perfect for your furry friends. An outdoor dinning table and hammock complete the ideal backyard for hanging out.

This home is perfect for a friends getaway, a romantic couples retreat or a family focused adventure in a quaint historical town.

Guest access

You will have full access to the home with the exception of a few locked closets (these store some owner items). There is a backyard and a front and back deck to hang out on on both the main and top levels.

The attached garage is accessible and you can park a vehicle inside. The detached garage is off limits at this time.

Interaction with guests

As necessary. If you need anything simply reach us by text message, email, or phone call.

The neighborhood

Located just up the road from downtown Roslyn, this home is just a 3 minute walk from all the main restaurants (Roslyn Cafe, Village Pizza, Base Camp), bars (The Brick, Roslyn Roadhouse and Marco's) and the Roslyn Brewery.

The 4th street neighborhood is one of the oldest, if not the oldest neighborhood on town. Most of the homes were built in the early 1900's and were lived in by the local shop owners. Most of our neighbors live in the area full time.

Getting around

Roslyn does not require public transportation, but should you get in a bind and have too much to drink, you can ask your bartender for Stan the Man's phone number. Only available on the weekends.

Side piece of information: Stan the man drives a white van and will drive you around the area from bar to bar in order to prevent drunk driving. While he does not charge anything, please tip big. His time is paid for via donations from the local community and really does this out of the goodness of his heart.

Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help improve your stay.

Propane canisters for the outside heat lamps and BBQ may contain propane, but if they do not, you are responsible for getting your own propane.

No more than two people should stand out on the top floor balconies at a time for safety purposes.

Dogs are allowed. This is a pet friendly residence, but please pick up after your pet. Contact us and tell us more about your pet :)
