This vacation rental comes with private land access to three wonderful beaches that are typically only accessible by boat. (Lake Roosevelt is a NATIONAL PARK. No one is allowed to own/build on any of the waterfront.) This private beach access gives you a distinct advantage should you want to set up camp at one of the BEST beaches on the lake. Spend the day at the lake, swimming, boating, BBQing, and come back to all the comforts of home. Amenities include: 3 queen beds, 1 air mattress, 1300 SF 3BD/1 BA new rental, DISH Network, WiFi, W/D laundry room, full kitchen, ice-maker in fridge, beach towels, some life jackets, a 15.5 ft canoe, and other beach items.

The week of 4th of July is a 5 day minimum. This property is set up like a duplex with full access to all acreage, the lower unit is pictured for booking and is 1300 sf. Access to the upper deck is encouraged, as we do not use the property when it is being rented.
Winter bookings include a fire pit with fire wood and a snowy lake and mountain view that is simply gorgeous. If privacy with a view is your thing... you are DONE looking. You can see for a hundred miles up the lake.
Hunting or Fishing parties are welcome, as the property accesses the National Park from a community parking area, and borders state land that boasts deer, elk and moose. However, snow machines and quads must stay on the road until you reach the state land.
The rental sleeps 6 adults, with very comfortable queen beds featuring high end Egyptian Cotton bedding. There is also a blow up mattress if you need a bit more sleeping space up to 8 in the unit. You may bring daytime guest(s), the max occupancy at any time is 10 persons, and camping on the property is allowed with prior approval and additional fees.
