Per City policy, our Rental License document is posted in the home and available for inspection. Please note that well-established zoning regulations designate most of Boulder, including the Park East neighborhood, as a 'low density' rental zone. This law is designed to prevent overcrowding and has had a desirable stabilizing impact on the neighborhood. The rental license for Properties in this zone allow a maximum of three unrelated occupants. This Property is ideally suited to families and their relations as Guests.
