This luxury retreat is nestled between two rivers—where the iconic Methow meets the grand Columbia—in the heart of the sleepy town of Pateros. Wake up each morning and enjoy hot coffee on a private deck with a spectacular waterfront view.

The 2500 square foot guesthouse is newly furnished with brand-new bedding, vaulted ceilings, large windows filling the home with natural light, a fully-equipped kitchen with double ovens, dishwasher, induction cooktop, large refrigerator/freezer and granite countertops.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire top floor (four bedrooms, three full bathrooms). The master suite houses a king bed with an attached master bath bathroom that includes double sinks and a large, wheelchair-accessible shower.

Washer and dryer are available for guests booking three nights or longer.

Guest access

The property adjoins a splash pad—a real treat for kids in the summer—and the entire property is directly across the street from the Pateros Community Park. Enjoy unparalleled views of the hydroplane races and Apple Pie Jamboree from your private deck.

With access to community docks and a boat launch, it’s the ideal getaway for Columbia salmon fisherman or Methow trout fisherman seeking a home away from home. Methow Valley trails abound for our hikers, nature lovers, and cross-country skiers.

The guesthouse is just a short distance from beautiful Lake Chelan, for those who want to visit but prefer to escape the bustle of vacationing crowds. It’s the ultimate location for golfing families and friends looking to enjoy the Alta Lake Golf Resort (an 8-minute drive west), the world class Gamble Sands course (a 15-minute drive north) and Chelan’s Bear Mountain Ranch course (a 25-minute drive south).

We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and are available to assist with any needs you may have. We welcome your suggestions and strive to be as transparent as possible about our property, and to exceed your expectations as our guest.

Check-in time is flexible, and to be arranged with host.

  • Guests are invited to enjoy the entire top floor of the house, but are asked to be respectful of the property, and to treat it as if it were their own. The bottom floor is a commercial space occupied by our two private businesses, which are not included in the rental space. You can’t hear us, but we can hear you during business hours, Monday through Friday. We love little munchkins (we have eight between the four of us!) but we ask for no running or jumping between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday, and that guests remove their shoes at all times.

ON-SITE LAUNDRY is available and complimentary on the premises for guests booking stays of three nights or longer, but must be arranged through the property Manager.

  • THE SIGNATURE OF THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY IS REQUIRED ON OUR SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT. We reserve the right to cancel the reservations of guests who refuse to sign and abide by the terms of the short-term rental agreement.
