Two minutes to the highway, less than a mile from the Convention Center, 2 miles from Union Station and 2 blocks from the cherry creek trail (walking, running and biking) this home is close to everything. Minutes from Broncos games, art museums, cherry creek shopping district, Elitch gardens, Broadway shops, some of the city's best restaurants and everything else Denver has to offer. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants and the Santa Fe arts district (enjoy First Fridays just 3 blocks away). Jump on the highway and be in the the best ski/snowboard resorts in just over an hour!

Access: This house sits on the corner of 8th Avenue and Elati street. Parking is available on Elati street right next to the residence. This home is NOT wheelchair accessible. One bedroom is on the first floor (bunk beds) as is 1 bathroom. The master and second bedroom are located on the second floor along with the second dual sink bathroom.
