Welcome to our brightly lit half duplex, with plenty lots of windows, fresh air home containing two generous guest bedrooms offering comfortable queen size beds; a shared bath comes with a new rain shower, soaker tub with hand spray shower plenty of complimentary liquid soaps, Epsom salts and towels. A soothing therapeutic Far Infrared sauna is available for use of guests in the basement.
This is a Bed and Breakfast situation when the owner is sharing the home the usual scenario.

My home has been used for longer stay 3 to 14 days by couples and singles waiting for permanent accommodation, business and family visits to Calgary.
Advanced notice and a telephone call to talk over details is recommended.
Contact the owner if the second bedroom is needed for additional pricing, this is a bed and breakfast situation and the owners is at home hosting unless the whole house is requested for family reunion or wedding etc....

Parties are not allowed under any circumstances unless in writing and discussion of additional guests and inspection will be conducted.
Breakfast is included self serve homemade sourdough breads, muffins, waffles, syrups, yogurt, cold cereal, coffee, tea, juices, on the weekend when host is home a hot mini brunch is served fritatas, quiches. Owner is trained in Alberta Food Safe Program.
Hot breakfast is available only when the owner is with the guests.
Soft food meals and and dietary limitations can be provided per added cost (former professional cook with a Culinary Diploma).
Diabetic and Gluten free menu choices are available with prior notification by renters.
Short stay, post light surgery is welcome upon previous discussions with the owner to assist with recovery right after surgery if living single, another person around evenings and nights ensures a safe transition back to your home and independent living
For an additional fee the owner can supply a hot meal for dinner or BBQ on the smoker upon pre approval.
My recent guests have enjoyed 1 to 45 day stays with their pet dogs making themselves at home here, my floors are durable stone and hardwood and thus vacuum up quickly and very little pet hair can be found. A small back yard for a dog to exercise and huge off leash dog area is a 8 minute walk from my door.
Fish Creek provincial park nearby for walking, cross country skiing, bird watching, 5 minute drive south of my home. Cross trails to Glenmore reservoir are just outside my doors.
The Blue Ribbon style trout fishing of the Bow River is only 10 minutes by vehicle to Heritage Drive pols and boat launch.
We are located just off Highway 22 and 37 street SW New Stoney Trail expansion. Highway 22 is a popular road cycling route to Kananaskis Country south entrance and Highwood Pass; ranches to the South and West. Minutes to Spruce Meadows and Bragg Creek, Black Diamond Turner Valley for ranching country exploring.
Chinook Centre and Rockyview Hospital are just 10 minute drive away.
A grand piano is available for playing with for personal or professional use as well.
Calgary Transit Bus routes 16 and 84 are a 3 minute walk and goes to Southland LRT Station. I can pick up visitors at the urban train station 5 miles away also Greyhound Station and Calgary International Airport during evenings and weekends upon pre approval.
