oPlease treat this home as if it was your own! o We like to ensure everyone has their own space. We kindly ask that you refrain from using the backyard area and in return we will ensure your private space is respected too! o Please keep all perishables and trash items inside the house. o Please feel free to recycle we have provided a recycling box under the kitchen sink. o Please respect our sewage system and do not flush women's sanitary products, cigarette butts etc. down the toilet. Please place these items in the small waste bin in the bathroom which has been provided for your needs. o We want your stay to be as enjoyable and comfortable for you as much as our next guest. Please try to keep the floor clean by removing your shoes as much as possible. o We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible. o We have a strict no smoking policy but you are welcome to smoke out on the front deck where we have provided a can for your cigarette butts. oTo keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when it’s not in use or leaving the house. o To be considerate to the neighbours, we kindly ask to keep things on the quieter-side after 9pm. No unruly behaviour is allowed. If it becomes unacceptable you will be asked to leave. oWe ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. We have this in place instead of an additional guest charge in an attempt to keep costs down for you. We understand you may want additional guests to stay in the place however please contact us to let us know. We’re reasonable folk and will accommodate wherever possible. o Please ensure the Guest House is locked when you leave the house for the day. o Rest easy when checking out as we will take care of all of the cleaning!

The Guest House is a recently refurbished self contained studio apartment with a luxury loft design. It is the perfect combination of industrial chic and city comforts which is available to rent all year round. The Guest House comes complete with: Full Queen Size Bed with Luxury Linens. Living Space with pull out sofabed, television and comfy chair seating.
Kitchen equipped with all the necessities required to ensure a relaxed and pleasant stay: Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, convection oven/toaster, bar and seating area. On arrival you will be provided with key essential including milk, tea, coffee, and a few local yummy treats too! Bathroom includes brand new walk in shower and facilities. Large private deck with barbecue and outdoor patio seating

Guests will have full access to the Guest House and private deck overlooking the Lake. Please note there is no direct access to the lake from this side of the road. There is of course lovely views of the lake from the Guest House and there is also the historical John R. Homestead which you can access 24/7 which is only a 5 minute walk from our house. There is always a lovely view and breeze from the lake on your private deck which makes it the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing sunset with some local wine and produce.
