This very comfortable and worry-free summer beach vacation escape is ideal for families who want to enjoy Newport Beach, but not be in the hustle and bustle of the Peninsula.

It is less than one block from the beautiful bay and the ferry - that takes you to the ocean, Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Pier, shopping and restaurants, boating, fishing excursions, and a ferry to Catalina Island.

This street also has the only children’s climbing gym and basketball court on the island. Take a short 5-minute ferry ride to the peninsula for surfing or boogie boarding in the ocean waves, fishing on the Balboa Pier, bike riding, shopping, or dining at numerous restaurants.

The great room into which you enter this 2 bedroom 2 bath 2 story 1100 sq. ft. home is representative of all the rooms in this home - immaculate, bright and cheery. It is furnished with a large comfortable seating cluster from which you can enjoy the large wall-mounted, flat screen TV.

A dining area for 6 and a thoroughly modern kitchen make it easy to create culinary delights, while also being a great space for everyone to eat together or even to supervise or cheer on the cook(s).

There is a patio right off the dining area with a barbecue, a small table, and additional outdoor seating so you can relax and/or dine outside while you feel the ocean breezes gently swirling around you. This first floor also has a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The 2nd floor has two bedrooms - a queen master bedroom with a ceiling fan, and another bedroom with a twin bunk bed set and a bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top, this bunk also comes with a twin trundle under, so this home comfortably sleeps 8 in beds.

One of these bedrooms has a 2nd TV flat screen TV. They share a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Premiere linens are provided for your ultimate comfort and beach towels and chairs are also provided.

There is also a washer and dryer for your use, WI-FI and cable are provided, and there is garage parking for 1 car and street parking too. This home is in the middle of 3 back-to-back units on the property.

Marine Ave on Balboa Island features many fine restaurants and boutique shops and Balboa Island is only about 2 miles from fine dining, shopping, and movie theaters at Fashion Island.

It is approximately 7 miles from Laguna Beach with the renowned Pageant of the Masters and Sawdust Festival in the summer, and art galleries, fine dining and shopping along with wonderful beaches with tide pools.

Balboa Island is within 20 minutes of Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm and an hour from Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Sea World. The Santa Ana/Orange County (SNA) Airport is only 10 minutes away and the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is approximately 50 minutes away.
